When I accepted a new job on the other coast, I knew that the one part of the cross country move I wouldn't have to worry about would be shipping my car. Just like last time, communication was easy and prompt despite it being August student moving / holiday / COVID truck driver shortage season. Eric was honest and up front, and managed my expectations so that I made the best decision time wise, even though it was more inconvenient on the front end. As long as 1st Haul Auto is operating and run by Eric, I will never use another company if I have to ship my car.

The experience from the moment I contacted them to when my old car arrived in my daughter's driveway was flawless! I couldn't believe it. I met the driver at the Kohl's' shopping center and off he went. The communication, the status, the follow up. Patriot has the recipe for success.
