Cool place for a rainy day…read more Six different bouncy houses in the space. Most of them have slides, and one slide goes really fast (fun for adults too). Age range is about 2-7. I went with my three year old, and did find it a little scary at some points went the older kids were in the same space as her, but for the most part the kids were respectful. Reason is liked it better than the others we've been to- adults can get in on the fun too, so it's not as boring standing around watching. The big slide is pretty fun, not gonna lie. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. She explained that the clean every day, and sanitize once a week. Huge plus for me because I am not a fan of little kid germs. The "open jump time" changes weekly, so check the schedule online. You can also rent the space out for birthday parties. We will be back. Thanks

We tried out Air Zone for he first time today and had SO. MUCH. FUN. No fear- I was nervous when I couldn't see him but then he'd pop up all smiles. There were lots of kids this morning- age ranges probably 2-8? They mentioned it was busier than usual for a Sunday, But the bigger kids were really nice considering he was on he smaller side. Front desk staff was super friendly and seemed to be making rounds, and it was so clean! We've done a lot of the kid places and usually feel like they're crawling in germs but the bounce houses and especially bathrooms were spotless. Parents are allowed to go in and bounce too which is cool- however my son was too busy to wait for me haha. All in all it was super fun and made for a very tired toddler- we'll def be back for another open jump!

I tried to use their online booking to rent a bounce house for my twins' birthday parties. It…read morelooked great all the way to the end. As I was getting ready to check out, the system then hit me with a $1000 minimum to check out. This was not made clear ANYWHERE on the website until the very last step of check out. This is a very deceptive business practice and more than slightly ridiculous for a company that purports to rent bounce houses for a child's birthday party.

I originally met this business when we were sharing space in a business park about 10 years ago…read more This is a family-run business and it's all hands on deck when party season is in full swing. I've watched, first hand, this couple use their business to teach their children how to run a business and be responsible. It turns out they also live a couple doors down from me, so I always get to see them testing new inflatables and sanitizing them after a weekend of rentals. Last year I rented a Pirate Ship for my nephew (*cough* myself *cough) for our combined birthday party. It was an absolute blast. Jeff, Rebekah and the kids set it up, showed us how to use it, and took the time to go over the paperwork and usual safety stuff with us. We had family and friends over to play. My 65 year old mother was in the bounce house right alongside her 8 year old grandson. The worst part of this whole experience was watching the bounce house leave! I've read the other reviews and here's what I have to say to them - 1) This is a family-run business. They have policies, including exclusivity agreements. 2) If you had an issue with the online check-out, rather than assuming they're trying to fleece you, first question if there's a glitch. ***Pick up the phone and call them.*** Have a conversation and see what's going on or what they're willing to do to work with you. Leaving a negative review online, simply because you didn't take the time to investigate further is on you, not them. I highly recommend this company because it's local, the service is great, the people are great, and the experience is great. 5 stars. SHOP LOCAL!
