Jump Around is a typical indoor play area for children and consists of inflatable structures. It is…read morevery fairly priced at $7.50 per child for free play times. According to their site, there are a lot of free play block of time. Kids love it. The area is tucked into a small corner of the Bedford Sports Complex and has 4 structures. Needless to say, the kids have a blast. There is a small seating area for parents and for kids to take a break. This area is an imitation hardwood floor. It is very slippery for people not wearing their shoes. Most of the gym floor has a felt covered padding, but this sitting area is not and it is very slick to be wearing socks on. Not very good planning on that. After speaking with someone about it they stated that they were aware and looking into having something laid down. That would be a smart choice. Also in speaking with the staff member, I was informed that they use Armor-all on the slide to keep them slick! This to me is an extreme hazard. Armor-all is an automobile surface cleaner. Looking at the label it states that it is TOXIC!!!! Granted the kids aren't licking the slides as they go down the slides but their hands are all over the slides. Then after sliding they go have snacks and potentially getting the harmful chemicals on what they are eating. Below is from the armor-all website: Eye Contact- Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes, keeping eyelids open. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Skin Contact- Wash affected area with soap or mild detergent and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation develops. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms occur. Inhalation Ingestion- If swallowed, do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention immediately. I personally don't think I will go there again until they fix these two major safety issues!

I mentioned to the man who took care of the transaction that it was dirty. His response? "Well, it's a carpet cleaner!" He then proceeded to lift up the tank and show me the platform that it sits on, saying "See? Clean!" (an area that has nothing at all to do with the cleaning process - AND it was NOT clean) He proceeded to say, with bad attitudinal inflection "Whaddaya want me to do, go in the back and take it all apart right now and clean it?" (That should've been done the last time it was returned, or in the day he had since I called and reserved it.) I asked him how wet it would leave the carpet. "Not very wet." Not very specific. I really needed it, so I went ahead, against my better judgement. It smelled like an old wet rag mop that had been shoved into a dark corner and left for a week. The filter had what looked like pet hair partially obstructing it. It was so bad I decided to take pictures. It took me over an hour to get it into a condition where I felt able to use it without it making my carpet not only dirtier, but also stinky. I'm currently running every fan I own and a dehumidifier in order to try to dry everything out so that mold won't form. I would never set foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and give it a wide berth.

When nicely calling after the event to confirm when they were taking the tent down, we were returned with "we'll get to it when we get to it today" and immediately hung up.
