Second great point - delivery to our driveway by Tate was efficient and professional. Third great point - when we had problems Tate got back to our location within 45 minutes and spent all necessary time to correct problems and make sure we were all set to go. Fourth great point - They readily agreed to let us have the lift for another day for 1/2 price due to the few hours we lost due to malfunction. That allowed us to finish all we needed to do. When nicely calling after the event to confirm when they were taking the tent down, we were returned with "we'll get to it when we get to it today" and immediately hung up.
