Nail lady did a good job but whenever I would ask a question or say something to the nail tech the employees would like at me weird like I can't ask or say something? Nail lady made me get up from the pedicure chair to get my nail color and was very passive aggressive during the entire pedicure. On top of that, service was over priced. I even heard the lady next to me complaining that she was being rushed out while getting her nails done. If you want a quick polish this is the place, the nails look decent and the place is clean. If you're looking for a nice relaxing pedicure go elsewhere. It was not relaxing and very skimpy. The tech did a quick short and cheap lotion massage, 1 hot towel with no wrap around feet or legs. And paper towel as toe separators. read more

I've been coming to sea nails for 2 years now and the new management is amazing. They always answer the phone, actually make appointments (and keep them) and they are extremely friendly/nice. They take the time to remember you name and make sure you are comfortable. They have a huge selection of the dip nail color and paint colors. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Unfortunately despite the new management this place is extremely disappointing. Upon first glance, a majority of the polishes are nearly empty and often refilled and diluted with acetone. We had an appointment which we came in early for and still waited 35 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. They claim to also take walk-ins yet throughout my time there nearly 5 walk-ins were asked to leave and come back tomorrow. The person I was with had a sloppy manicure done without having her cuticles cut or pushed back and no paint removed from the edges. Additionally I received the worst pedicure I ever have without any type of sugar scrub, leg massage, hot towel, or anything other than the bare minimum. Needless to say, will never be coming back. Hello, thanks for your comment but I posted my review a different day than the day I came in and I am not confused with another salon. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and have never had a worse experience at a salon in South Florida. I believe I am entitled to my opinion and my yelp review which was entirely honest and reflective of my experience. I have never seen a business owner go out of their way to attack a reviewer and to tell someone that this is not their concern or their business when they spent money on your services. Is it possible that in your extensive defense and attack of my review you are admitting to your own faults and mistakes? You are just proving my point by acting so defensive and offended. Are you telling me I'm lying? I can post photos if you would like. And thanks for helping prove my point that the nail polishes were CLEARLY diluted by stating that they are "refreshed" rather than replaced. And yes, I did in fact wait nearly 35 minutes past the appointment time. I did not receive a phone call regarding the delay in my appointment. How would you call someone to tell them there is a delay with their appointment if no one asks for a phone number upon scheduling the appointment? Also, I was noting that for the price of your regular pedicure (which was poorly done anyway) I could get a "deluxe" version with at least a basic sugar scrub or simple hot towel anywhere else. Clearly everyone does not leave your salon happy as you have stated, as the number of bad reviews show and the good reviews are from the regulars whom you have conditioned and prioritized over new clients. Additionally, you should actually be thankful I did not even go into depth regarding the sanitation of your salon. Worst experience ever and I will never I repeat never recommend or go back there again!!! I had Mary who did an amazing job 2 weeks ago put a full set on my nail and I went in sat to change the color and the guy cut them off so short I almost died! I was like why did you do that? no reply had a pedicure worst ever. And OMG to pick a color was a nightmare. Anyway kept asking why would you cut my nails off I just had them done 2 weeks ago never replied . WTF so finally after 10 x's the owner walked over and gave me some BS story he did the right thing you can have them on more than 2 or 3 weeks....LMAO is he for real ? Does he think I just started having my nails done....whatever so I go to pay and can you belive he charged me $68.00 for the service unbelievable. So bottomline I paid for a full set 2 weeks ago with dip and 2 weeks later he cuts them off and charges me for the dip....unbelievable I love just throwing money away and being lied to! I have been going to this salon off / on maybe for a couple years now. Generally, the experience is nice - it's not a very fancy place; but the people are kind and the prices are good. I used to walk-in without appointments (which they are fine with), but I have noticed Friday evenings are very busy - so it is best to just call for an appointment. There are two nail techs (I believe a mother & son) who are fantastic. They are detail-oriented and do a great job. However, there is a particular nail tech there who has ruined the experience of this place for me! I do not know his name, but last time I was there he removed my gel polish with an ELECTRIC NAIL FILE! It made my nails very weak, and it has been a few months now of growing them out. He also skipped over some steps of the manicure. It seemed like he didn't even care to be there. I do hope they can hire more professional staff; so that I can continue to enjoy my experience there. Came upon this location by luck. At first appearance it looks very beautiful inside they have decorations to live out the location and name. I was greeted immediately unfortunately I embarrassed myself by spilling my whole drink within moments of walking in. Way to make an entrance. Staff was available wasn't to pack so comfortably was definitely there. The stations are all well kept and clean. For people who want to know the tools are all new and sealed so no need to worry about that. Prices are on the wall for you to see and the color selection is very broad. I saw they offered gel colors as well. Prices are very fare for the services. My tech took his time did not rush thru any of the steps. I saw some services like eyebrows get done the lady walked in got done walked out. I also noticed they had some regulars so the staff is very welcoming. Sorry about the drink! I Started going to sea nails about 8 months ago. At first I liked them a lot and Normally they did a pretty good job. About a month ago I went in for a fill, and noticed when they took off my polish that there was fungus starting to grow in the middle of one of my nails! I've been doing my nails for over 10 years, have always used acrylics and never ever had fungus before. I had the nail tech take off the whole nail and apply treatment to it and put a new nail & new acrylic on. The most recent time I went in, they told me they were closed and couldn't take me, even though they weren't closing for another hour. Well thank goodness they didn't take me! I decided to try a different nail salon not too far away since they were still open. When she took off my polish, the 1st initial finger that had fungus went away, but 2 of my other nails had fungus underneath them as well! Bad! I don't know if sea nails uses expired acrylic powder or if they are just not sanitary, but I will never be going back there ever again! read more
