Alright let's give this place a more updated review coming from someone who's been there more than once for nails. I can't say for pedicures as I hate getting my feel touched but their gel manicures are alright. The price is decent and honestly it's not that bad Interior was fabulous. Everything looked brand new, the equipment was clean and sanitized and the people there were decently nice. I got my nails done both times and it costed around 40$ give or take without tips. I usually tip well when my manicure is done well so I don't think the ladies mind me at all. I highly recommend either bringing cash or be willing to Zelle them. they appreciate the payment that way more. I usually go for Kendy as she is kind and is always gentle with my hands and nails. Never a problem with her and she's always attentive and careful. My second time around kendy had to give me away to the manager Lily. My nails came out well but not amazing. She was quick and efficient but I wished she cared a bit more and asked me if I liked the way my nail was first before finishing me off. Id definitely come back for Kendy only, but they have a large selection of nail colors and honestly they do not pressure you at all. Had SNS on my nails, chipped the same evening. I went back the NEXT day, they fixed SEVEN nails that had chipped (at this point. they should've just fixed all of them). They did a gel cover over only the 7 they fixed, I asked if they could put it on the other 3 because now there's only 7 glossy nail, they said no. My review is based on the strong chemical smell that hits you as you walk into the nail salon. This place is not well-ventilated or lacks any ventilation at all. I was there not even for five minutes to ask about the pricing for SNS ($45) and I felt dizzy from the smell. I have frequented nail places before that had no chemical smell. All the workers had mask on and the five customers did not. I could not imagine myself sitting there for a soak off and inhaling the fumes. Salon - big and spacious, very clean and had the AC running high but does nothing to mask the smell. Smells like something would explode. Salon is clean and well organized. Staff hovers over you while you pick a color. Made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Rushed manicure, all my nails were filed to different lengths. Did not properly remove old polish. My sister's nails were also different lengths and filed thin. the entire manicure took only 20 minutes. What first attracted me was how clean, open and spacious the spa was. Doreen is hands-down, the best masseuse I have ever had. From doing your pedicure to even a manicure is a spa experience with her. I didn't even know they did massages and facials here until she introduced me to them. She knows all the trigger points throughout your body to your scalp! I canceled my hand and Stone membership, because seriously nothing compares. Lily also does an amazing job on my nails. You show her a picture and she does it perfectly ! Lily and Doreen are so accommodating with scheduling you in to make it hassle free. I don't understand why people are giving this place 2 stars!!! I went here for the first time...Michelle was magnificent!!! So maybe the polish remover wasn't the best & it costs a lot for a callus remover, it should only be $5 the most! Putting all that aside, the nail spa is absolutely beautiful & clean!!! The massage chairs are new & modernized! They use the hot stones which I love & the BEST part is the massage at the end while your nails are drying...even though it's literally a minute or two, it makes the experience complete & worth coming back!!! I went to the nail salon on Friday to get my toes done for prom. I got Sophia, she was polite until she started to do my nails. She turned the water and dipped my feet and the water was cold I told her that the water was cold and she did nothing to fix it. When she started to clean my cuticles she hurt me, I pulled back to let her know but she gave me a weird look. She started to file my toes and she was going hard and I told her that it hurt and I pulled way she continued to go and she didn't go any softer. Came here with my friend for pedicures. I had Kiki and she had Sophia. Was excited because this place is new and looked clean. The excitement ended there. Right from the start they keep pressuring you to add special services and treatments. I don't even have callous and she kept insisting I get the treatment for it or get spa pedicure. The entire pedicure was done very carelessly. My foot banged against the hard foot rest countless times. The entire pedicure took less than 15 mins. To top it all off, both of them were talking about us, making negative judgemental comments, assuming we didn't understand. Definitely not the relaxing experience you expexr when you walk into a nail salon. Will not be returning. read more

The place is clean that's why I'm giving 2 stars. The place is way overpriced for new Dorp prices . Pedicure was not good at all rough and seems to care less keeps nicking me bad and really rough and tossed my feet and legs around like she didn't care . Got callous remover it was 12$ extra and honestly the wrap kept falling off and she hardly worked my my feet. My nails were very standard plain color but i came home to work on my own cuticles cause they looked terrible . I was a walk in customer, They told me to come back after one hour. Did some shopping and came back, they made me wait another half an hour. Ok, its alright..They're busy, even tho there was only like four customers. Now my technician KeKe, who was nice until I tipped her right before I did manicure. I didn't know $5 tip was bad. She basically started talking in her language and rushed taking off my old manicure, not taking it off completely. Hurt me while cleaning my cuticles. Straight forward nasty service. She did coats of my own color that I brought from home over lint filled nails from the cotton pads she used to clean my nails with. She was practically rushing and did an awful job. I don't recommend this place. This is my third time coming here. I had two awful experiences of rushing to finish the job kind of service and one good one. The good one is what brought me back, but I guess it will be my last visit. They really don't care about offering you the best service, just selling it to you. It is very pricey, for mediocre work. Manicurists literally hover over you while you pick a paint color, seemingly to pressure you with time but then give a pedicure that lasted about 15 mins. The manicurist barely knew how to cut cuticles, little to no leg massage/scrub/lotion. Paid $12 extra for callous removal, but still had rough heels at the end. The paint on my nails chipped on day one. They have a rewards program but never offer to give you points unless you ask, which is pretty pointless anyway, you have to spend $300 for a $2 coupon. A star for the nice interior. I've been coming to this place for a while because of its location. The people working there are extremely low brow uneducated and rude. I request a few non standard nail designs and they always have problems completing it! Every time I bring in a picture of what I want they hover over the picture in a group laughing and making jokes about what I want and I'm sure they speak nasty about me. The nail technicians are extremely unsure of their work and keep questioning my requests. Eventually they do what I want but the work is very low quality. The other day I had 3 of them hover over my nails and giggle and laugh for like 5 minutes each seemingly ridiculing my choices. You don't need to know a language to understand your being insulted! Unless your a basic client that has no special request for modern nail design they will hiss and laugh in your face because of their grave incompetency.
