Her professionalism is stellar. She takes the time to explain if a treatment will be beneficial or make another suggestion based on the needs of my skin. No matter what type of service I receive, Noreen is always concerned that she has reached 100% satisfaction. She always follows up her appointments with a kind gestures and thanks. My last treatment was a facial by Guinot, Hydraderm Vital Energy which uses a mild current onization. It penetrates different gels into the skin to purify it. She rents a room from another medical office and due to a scheduling error, the room was not available at the time of my appointment (it happens). She suggested that she administer botox in the kitchen of the medical office. I was truly horrified and the staff at the medical office were clearly very uncomfortable with her presence. They openly argued in front of me. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. When I said I was not comfortable and tried to leave, she harassed me outside the office as well as via text for hours following my appointment.

Better to go directly through them.*** I initially had some trouble locating Fox Vein where she is located inside their office. Construction outside the building. I found it though. Took elevator to second floor. Fox Vein receptionist told me where to go and I found my way no problem. I was greeted by her P.A. Huy. He gave me forms to fill out and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and kind. I was waiting for Jane Scher, RN (business owner) to arrive. I didn't know she was running late at the time. Communication could improve there. She was late for her first appointment that was there before me too. My appointment was for 3. I went in the room at 4:11pm. I didn't mind waiting. Just wish I knew why. They offered me bottled water. Waiting are is small, it's in a hallway in fox vein waiting area. Jane called me in and assessed my face. She recommended her Clear + Brilliant laser along with the Lumecca laser to repair my skin. I appreciate it, though I told her I couldn't afford both. The Clear + Brilliant is more pricey than the Lumecca. Though I'd love to have done more, it's not affordable for me. Licensed veterinary techs don't make much. She understood and used the Lumecca. I appreciate her professionalism and honesty. She is very kind hearted. I loved her little Maltese dog, Botox, who slept in her purse! So cute! Well groomed, you can tell she loves him. The Lumecca laser felt just as they said, like a rubber band snapping on your face lol. It was a hot rubberband snap! She used a gel with it that cooled it slightly. Could take up to two weeks for results. I will update when I have my results! Took before and afters. :) Can't wait!!! I highly recommend Jane Scher, RN!! She also does Botox and fillers along with the IPLs. So it's been three weeks and I didn't notice much of a change. Maybe a slight improvement. I think she could have done better and did my whole face, as I had scheduled. I've gone to another place for the second treatment and she did my whole face for half the price I paid here. And the laser was stronger. Not sure if my setting was too low on purpose so I'd need more treatments. But I won't be returning here, sadly.

I came to the city today early to make sure I got there on time, I paid for several tolls and gas and made sure I was there on time coming from NJ, and actually got there early. When I got there, there was a lady and I thought that's who I was going to see. I told her I was a little bit early and I will wait for my appointment. It wasn't until almost 5 o'clock that she told me she was trying to call the lady that I had an appointment with because there were a few businesses run there. She said she couldn't get a hold of her and I said I'll call her using the number from the groupon. when I called her, I said that I was there for my appointment and at this time it was already 5 PM. She was immediately rude and condescending asking me why I would make an appointment on Good Friday. She also asked me if I was Christian, which is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. And yes, I did know it was good Friday when I made the appointment however I don't know of any businesses that are closed today. If you're running a business you should look at the calendar to see if it falls on a "holiday". Good Friday is not a holiday. If she chose to take off this day, then make sure you note it in your calendar and contact any clients to cancel. This is so unprofessional and actually disgusting. After she wouldn't let me speak one word and just talked over me AND hung up on me. She called me back just to do the same thing again. This is the text that she sent me "Everything happens. We are humans. I said I am sorry about that". In fact she did not apologize, she was rude and talked over me the whole time knowing she was wrong. She was condescending and rude. Once again, she made the appointment on Good Friday. Everyone should stay away from this fake business.
