As my wedding is getting super close, I reached out to see the status- with tariffs and shipping from China- the Xerf process was held up. I was generously offered a facial including neck; plus Thermage (value 4k) to make up for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with the empathy shown by Samantha who is handling all these delayed Xerf appointments. My facial with Fran was amazing- she was very easy to talk to ; very kind and informative about my skin. Marci performed my thermage and she was extremely knowledgable and thorough . 5 stars for the services and the compassion of Samantha to be resolution oriented when my timeline was getting compromised. Loss of one star only for the lack of clarity that the Thermage procedure is soooo expensive that it replaced the two xerf sessions that I purchased. The staff informed me over the phone when I called to be able to tip through venmo that the services rendered were practically triple the original product price so no more services are honored and the transaction is considered complete . As a first time client, grace needs to be accounted for on both sides. My first interaction with this place was through IG messages, then texts, then the service then my follow up to clarify what's still available to me which is nothing since Skin Solutions considers my obligation fulfilled. I think this is a business that is doing their best and they genuinely try to have the clients needs at heart. I will also note that my fear was melasma for the extreme heat from Thermage and I am happy to report it was not activated in any way so I consider the treatment a success.

Sam took out the front end of a taxi. Honestly its a hilarious story i should tell it but ill stay on topic. At 455 i was done with that and Milady was calling. I apologized and explained my situation and she quickly told me to come on it. They had room. I had a hard time finding it because theres no sign...they are in a salon, in the basement. I was weary at first but quickly saw that it was very new and clean and peaceful. Small too. I was alone. This is nice! The massage was more a back rub but was fine with me at the price. The facial was amazing, but i learned the hard way my skin is way too sensitive for the oils. My only complaint is that the salon above is noisy so its hard to be too relaxed.
