Daniel made the process so easy and simple. He came over to my house after work, and replaced the window quickly. Someone had broken my passenger side window trying to get stuff out of my car, so there was shattered glass everywhere. Not only did Daniel replace the window, but he also vacuumed out a lot of glass that had fallen on the floor as well as the seats. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I am so grateful for Daniel and all his help in fixing my windshield today. So this week Monday I discovered a crack on my front windshield which was a surprise to say the least. So that afternoon I contacted SDK auto about my situation and instantly I received a phone call back minutes later from a really nice, courteous gentleman named Daniel. I gave him all the car info and details and he was able to offer me an immediate quote over the phone which I appreciated. Also, I asked Daniel if he was available anytime this week on Wednesday to do the fix and he checked and said he could make it (merely one day notice, amazing!). We set up an 8AM appt, he showed earlier today with a mask on and safety protocols in place and started working right away...little did I go back home inside and do a few household chores that I receive a call back from Daniel telling me he was all done! When I went back outside to check the car, it looked brand new and Daniel explained to me all the post-car windshield tips etc. After paying, I received both an email copy and a physical hardcopy receipt as well. Plus the quote/estimate stayed exactly the same which I valued. Honestly, don't think you'll find anyone as professional and trustworthy like Daniel. Thank you again for helping me on such short notice, arriving on time (earlier too), and doing such an amazing windshield replacement! Glad to support you and your local business any day! Please give him a call and see what Daniel can do for you too--highly recommend him 100%! read more

Someone broke my window and stole my back, so I was looking for the affordable service to replace the glass. Luckily, I called to SDK and met all my requirements. On the same day a mechanic came to my location, clean up all pieces of broken glass and installed new glass! I'm very happy! P/S: don't leave anything valuable in your car when you parking outside in the street. Thieves are always looking to commit a crime. To understand that I've lost valuable things. read more

My experience with Daniel was incredible. I was driving on the highway on my way to school when a rock fell on my windshield and cracked my windshield pretty bad. I am a full time nursing student not working and was desperate to fix my car that same day. Fortunately I found SDK on yelp and gave Daniel a call to see if I can get service to get my windshield replaced. Daniel answered in a timely manner, gave me a price which I was able to afford, and was very understanding about the fact that I did not have a job but still needed my car to get from and to school, so he worked with me to find a price that worked best with me. My school is in DTLA, and i asked if he could get here at a certain time when I was out of class and he was very open to driving to me despite the horrible traffic In LA during the afternoon. I would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone who needs auto glass service!!! He is very skilled and professional in his scope of practice. You will not regret calling him to do your service THANK YOU DANIEL! read more

He was able to come out same day, was friendly, professional and his work is high quality. I hope I don't find myself in a position where I need windshield replacement again soon, but if I do, I'm going straight to Daniel at SDK Auto Glass. Thanks so much, Daniel! Daniel has nothing but 5 star ratings on his page because he deserves no less. He replied within 15 minutes. He is affordable, friendly, speedy and does quality work. What more could you ask for? I had my husband's 2015 BMW rear door window replaced. He was here within the hour and took about 50 minutes to vacuum, remove and replace the window. He's so nice. Always going to call SDK for auto glass needs. I don't know if you're supposed to tip for this type of service, but I definitely tipped Daniel. You'll want to also. :) Thanks SDK. read more

Can't say enough good things about Daniel, the technician. So let me tell you what happened. I was heading to work at 7 am when I put the windshield all the way down. All of a sudden, I heard the sound of glass breaking. I tried putting the window up just in case. But of course, I shattered my passenger window & my window was not able to go up. I was really scared. I'm a woman in my mid-20s. A millennial if you want to call me that. I know squat about cars! This was one of the days where rain was in the forecast. On top of that, I was starting a new job the next day. So I knew I needed help quick. I want to tell you why I chose SDK Auto Glass / Daniel. I made a request to ask for quotes to several repair shops who were willing to take me the same day. I actually received many messages back but Daniel was very fast to reply. He gave me a quote & even called me to further explain the job as well. Daniel asked me what time was best for ME for an appointment. The best thing was, he was willing to drive over to my location to do the job! Out of every person I spoke to, Daniel gave me a price that worked with me, he was convenient, fast, & professional. I had all these other shops messaging me back stating they wanted me to drive over to the shop to take the look. Daniel knew immediately what I needed. He arrived on time & did the job super quick. Also, the window looks beautiful! I have nothing but good things to say about the job. I have another window that is sticking & I plan on having him do that job as well. Definitely go to Daniel because he's pretty awesome. read more

I needed to replace a windshield on a Kia Optima 2017. I requested estimates through Yelp and got 5 from different vendora. Not only Daniel's quote was significantly lower than the rest, the service was outstanding! He came to me, I gave him the car keys and less than an hour later everything was completed! Thank you Daniel for making the process so easy! Highly recommended! read more

When I acquired my 1990 Bronco a couple months ago it was in desperate need of a new windshield, but I kept putting it off and set to work on all the smaller repairs I could do myself. Finally deciding I had procrastinated on this enough and wanting to get it done before I left town, I used yelp's new request a quote service and sent out messages to 10 different places in L.A. that would replace windshields, and not only was Daniel the first to respond but he was able to work with my schedule and come out the next day to replace it. Being an older car, some places responded that they "didn't have it in stock and wouldn't be getting any anytime soon" and another sent me a seemingly informative response to the naked eye but included part numbers that were, in fact, for the wrong model year. On top of all that, Daniel was also extremely competitive with his prices (it cost me $150 out the door for the new windshield and install). When coming out to replace the windshield on the bronco, Daniel was also extremely polite and did a great job. Just great old-fashioned customer service and attention to detail! He even noticed the fingerprints on the side window and asked if I was having issues with it (all the marks are from holding it up when I replaced the regulator earlier this week, I just haven't gotten around to windexing it yet). He reminded me to not drive for 2 hours or wash the car for 2 days after the install which is a good thing to keep in mind when getting the repair done, and spent some time with me just chatting about the car even after I had handed him the cash and he was free to finally go home for the day. He took his time on the install, stayed well after the listed hours online to make sure it was done right, and it came out beautifully. I have his card and will definitely be a returning customer should the need arise. All in all, I highly recommend Daniel of SDK Auto Glass to anyone in need of window repairs. read more

As I was driving home from work on a Thursday afternoon all of the sudden the window on the driver side wouldn't go up anymore, it felt like it was stuck. As soon as I got home I searched yelp for a repair shop and came across SDK auto glass. I called and spoke to Daniel he was very friendly and helpful. He told me he could come over to my house to take a look at it on Friday. Since I was at work when he checked my car he sent me a picture and an explanation of what was wrong with it and what needed to be done. He told me he would take the parts home, fix them, and come back on Saturday morning to put it back together. I never got to meet him because on Saturday I was also at work. He did a great job and the price to fix it was very reasonable. I highly recommend him! read more

After the 1st repair person I called was a no show, I kept looking on yelp and luckily came upon Daniel's service. I called him on the phone and we scheduled repair of my driver's side window the next morning, unfortunately I had to move my appointment a little later and text Daniel and he promptly replied back, over the phone he said it sounded like my regulator needed to be replaced and provided a fair quote. He drove to my company in Montebello and fixed my car on site. Took him an hour and charged me exactly what was quoted and even gave me a guarantee. I got good vibes, seemed very honest and kept his appointment. I hope this doesnt happen to me again but if I ever have any auto glass issues, I know who to call. Thank you Daniel, very professional! read more

Just had my Toyota Matrix winshield repaired by Daniel , he did such a great job. We had a small rock hit me on the highway that a made a small crack, over the course of a few months the crack got bigger and bigger. I didn't want to shell out the cash to repair it but finally came to grips with it after it started getting dangerous. To my surprise SDK's prices we super reasonable and they even come to your place to install it. I should of done it sooner. The glass repair was great! My windshield looked like it was never repaiered. Daniel was reliable, on time and super courteous. Definitely recommend! read more

My car was parked at work and when I was getting into my car leaving work I realized there was a small crack on my windshield. (It was a windy day so I think something fell from the trees and cracked it). I let the crack get bigger before I knew I had to replace it. Soooo... I started looking for someone on Yelp who would be reliable, fair priced, and quick! After inquiring with a few different repair places I decided to go with Daniel (SDK Auto Glass) because of how prompt and professional he was. I asked for the price which was similar to all the other ones, and he just seemed to be the most professional. Although it was hard to schedule a time due to my busy schedule he even offered to come to my job and replace it! He got the job done and I am so happy with the results. Thank you, Daniel!!! read more

Found these guys on yelp and sent a request for a quote. He responded in less than an hour. He gave me the best price and I was so glad they offered mobile service. Daniel was prompt, great price and excellent service. Couldn't ask for a better overall experience. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal service from SDK Auto Glass, Daniel is a legend! My Corolla's passenger side window was recently broken into (completely shattered, glass shards littering the floor, etc) so my roommate hopped onto Yelp and requested a bunch of quotes for window replacement. Stoked I ended up going with SDK Auto Glass. Daniel was fast to respond and within 10 minutes of calling, we set up an appointment for next day. As far as the repair goes, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Daniel travels to you for the repair, and the dude just gets it! Super friendly, quick & efficient repair (35 minutes tops), and just straight-up quality customer service (he vacuumed the remaining glass shards off the carpet and windexed the windows as well) We even chatted & traded car break-in war stories. Overall, the typa dude you could grab a beer with. Though it may not have a ton of reviews (for now), ALL the five star reviews on SDK Auto Glass are extremely well-deserved. If you're in the LA area & reading the reviews for auto repairs, don't hesitate to reach out to SDK Auto. Daniel will take care of you. Will definitely be returning if I ever need a window replaced, and I highly recommend SDK Auto Glass to anyone in the same situation. Keep up the awesome service! Cheers! read more

I recently got a foot long crack in my windshield from a damn semi truck and this guy gave me an excellent quote. He was flexible with his schedule and willing to meet me whenever or wherever I needed but luckily we met up at a location that was convenient for the both of us. A month or two ago, on a Sunday evening, the track on my front driver's side window broke without any provocation; the window abruptly started sliding down without warning, and regressed into the door. (Fortunately, the glass itself wasn't damaged.) On a Sunday night, it's pretty hard to deal with such a situation. We had a quote within the hour, and an appointment for early the next morning. The repair was wrapped up by the time I had to start work, and the price was incredibly fair given that Daniel came to my house to do the work. It was done quickly, efficiently, and it's working like new. I have strong praise for SDK Auto Glass. :) read more

Daniel is an incredible, prompt professional! If you're looking for a mobile auto glass personnel, he is your guy! I HIGHLY recommend!! He does respond via text: 323-702-6021 I have a 2018 Mazda CX 5 and the front passenger door window had a huge crack in it but the glass is lamented. Other repair shops didn't have this specific window or they were charging me an arm and a leg for it. Daniel gave me an honestly quote of $295 for the window piece plus labor on Thursday afternoon. By Friday morning at 9:30 AM, he came to my parking structure at work to replace the window and was done before 10:30 AM. He was fast and very friendly. He only accepts cash so be sure to have that ready. Thanks again, Daniel! read more

He was at my house at 9 am in the morning and fixed both windows. I really like the job he did, and his price was excellent! He was very professional and easy to communicate via text and very honest.
