Today I've learned that Solution Auto Glass is a family owned company with fast & friendly service. I've had two vehicles that needed new windows, each for two separate occasions and each time the service was top notch. They were able to come to me at a time when I could not be moving around too much. During the first service they offered to come to me whether it was work, home or another location if it was within the area they made the trip. I was more than fortunate to find out how easy and friendly it was to work with them. They were very understanding of the situation and didn't waste time. I was able to head back to work and my daily life without having to worry about the safety of my car. With fair rates, quick service and quality work I was more than happy reaching out to them the moment I had a second damage on my family's car. This was a different vehicle this time but they once again made quick work of the damage and I got to find out they even do window tinting, which Is a great news!! My family and I will be reaching out for a third time for sure. I saved their number and I will be recommending them to all family and friends and I encourage all of you to reach out to them and experience their excellent service for yourselves. I would say there is no one better with extensive expert knowledge on various vehicles, quick and friendlier than the people I've met here. You'll feel fortunate to meet them as well. 100/10. It's no surprise they have a 4.9 rating on yelp. read more

I would definitely recommend this business to others. My car was broken into through my passenger window. I called for a quote and got a response fairly quickly. Luis came through with the replacement of my 2018 Toyota Sienna windshield. I had a crack that developed after it got hit by a rock on the 101 freeway. I read that a calibration may be necessary but after driving it for a while, there seems to be no issues with the sensors. Luis responded promptly via text message and came through as promised. He provides a mobile repair service which is convenient! Price was also reasonable. Highly recommended! read more

My daughter slammed the rear passenger door on my '07 GMC Yukon Denali right before dropping her off to school and the impact caused the glass to drop inside the door. The window was no longer going up and down so I started my search for someone to repair it. Luckily I found Solution Auto Glass and Luis was able to squeeze me in the next morning to fix the regulator. First off, you don't have to take your vehicle anywhere as he comes to you! Second, he came a little earlier than the appt time, was very professional over the phone as well as in person and fixed the issue so quickly for a great price. I highly recommend their service. Thanks again Luis! read more

I tried to use this company to replace my windshield. The driver for the mobile service did not have a valid drivers license and could gain access to my community. The technician informed me that there was no alternate location other than my home where the work could be performed. I was willing to meet him anywhere! The owner informed me that they could not perform the service because his driver does not have a valid license. Poor way to run a business, I'm quite disappointed. read more

Luis is AMAZING!! He is so professional and nice. Someone smashed my back window at work. They got "caught" before they could take anything, thankful for that but I was left with a broken window and with all this rain, that was a no go. My floor got wet and seats before I was notified. Anyway, Luis came to me and he fixed my window...in the rain. He vacuumed all the glass from everywhere and best of all, it took him under a hour to complete. Unfortunately I will still be working in this ratchet location for the foreseeable future so if this happens again. I know who Im calling. read more

My car was broken into & the a**h**** broke both of my passenger side windows! Most places were asking somewhere around $700 to do the job. I knew that I could probably order the parts used online & save some money. They were fast, reliable & friendly...I recommend this company for quality & professional work at a reasonable rate! read more

Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I called in a repair for my driver side window after my car got broken into, and these guys came and fixed it that day. They were professional and I also appreciated that they were up front about a potential difficulty that might arise having to do with the window's automatic roll-up functionality (which they were able to fix in the end). The whole thing probably took less than 45 minutes, and the price was slightly less than quotes I got from other places. read more

Wow. Called these guys two hours ago and they came to my place to fix a window that wouldn't roll up. $55-- cheaper than last time I had this done at another place and they offered to fix it completely but I needed the cheap fix. Such a drag to have your car window busted out when you go out to leave. Come to found out that several neighborhoods around us were also hit. We filed a police report, looked at surveillance footage, and determined that during late night hours someone in a car shot a bee-bee type gun at the window. We called around to get estimates for replacement. Luis was the first one to respond and set an appointment for the very next day. Safelite didn't have anything for six days! We supplied Luis the vehicleinformation over the phone, he ordered the glass, and told us exactly how much the replacement glass would be installed at our house. He showed up at the exact appointment time and did the job perfectly. He and Alfred were here for maybe 1/2 hour and they were done. We highly recommend their family owned company to everyone. Hopefully you won't need glass replacement, but if you do they're the one to call. Fast. Affordable. Reliable. Precision. Family owned, small business. read more

My Honda Odyssey had a cracked windshield which was beyond repair. After contacting several companies, Solution was the most reasonable and even comes to your house to handle the replacement. Luis came, did the job in less than 45 minutes, text me when he was done, and gave me the simple aftercare instructions (you can drive it right away, take the blue tape off in 24 hours, and don't wash the windshield for 48 hours while the new molding he put in sets). Windshield is brand new and as good as OEM. I'd recommend Luis as he's second to none! read more
