From the very beginning, Misty was incredible. She carved out time weeks before the wedding for us to meet each other and talk about our dog's (Louie) temperament, our expectations, and the full game plan for the big day. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was prepared and genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly. On the wedding day, she was amazing. She arrived early to the Airbnb and was able to get used to walking and handling Louie. She walked Louie down the aisle, handled him and helped him greet guests during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and kept everything completely stress-free for us. She kept us updated via text throughout the day, and when it was time to drop him back off at our Airbnb in the evening, she sent photos and updates so we knew he was settled and happy. She even left us the sweetest wedding gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Misty was kind, professional, organized, and clearly loves what she does. Recently, a manager raised concerns about one of my dogs who has always been "high octane" and when I engaged in a constructive conversation with the owner that included my own observations about unsafe drop off procedures, two of my dogs were disinvited from participating in camp anymore (including one kamp had never raised any concerns over). Really disappointing that Kamp would treat a loyal customer this way and after the owner, Gian, represented to me the business day before that he was committed to working towards solution. They've turned into one of those places that is interested in easy dogs and easy money, not longevity of a client base. Goodbye from a good client that paid $600 per month.

Where do I begin? I can only sum up, that Polina has been the BEST petsitter I have ever relied on to take care of my furabies. She is extremely knowledgeable on dogs and cats, especially small breed dogs because that's what she owns, and she absolutely loves animals. My dog Onyx, is a senior Chihuahua, and the first time I had Polina take care of her, Onyx had just experienced some serious gastrointestinal issues. She was a mess, and needed daily meds, and also a special bland food diet. Polina immediately took to my animals, and showed a lot of concern for Onyx' health and skinny frame. My animals took to her immediately too, because animals know when they are around somebody who truly, and genuinely loves and cares for them. When I came back from that first trip, where I had Polina take care of my animals, Onyx had put on weight, and looked healthier and happier than she had in years. And I was only gone for about a week! What I appreciate the most about Polina's petsitting services, is that she is very personable about it. She takes her job very seriously, and while very professional is also passionate at the same time. I found out, that she would make special food for Onyx even when she didn't need to. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to fulfill her obligations, and her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Polina as a petsitter. Your animals will be in good hands, and that is one less thing you'll have to worry about, while away from home.

Ive never had a pet that required medical attention so having the support from their staff was very reassuring that everything was going to be ok. We loved that they not only helped cats and dogs but also exotic animals. The doors are locked at night and require the front door desk to let you in which makes it feel safe. They have snacks, coffee, water and tea to help with the nerves as your pet receives the care they need. Overall, great spot and easy to spot in this strip mall. They give you honest, evidence-based recommendations and don't beat around the bush. They don't ask you to do unnecessary tests or procedures. They treat illnesses quickly and empathetically and the support staff are so kind, loving and gentle with all the pets. This place is very busy, but they have a very structured and very efficient check-in and pick up process. It was easy, quick, and I was able to get very clear after care instructions for my dog.
