When I brought it here to CPR, they showed me that it was actually the screen protector and not the actual screen. When I asked if the other places would know that they said, "Of course, they were trying to take advantage of you!" I had been loyal ever since. I went twice last week asking for a quote to submit to insurance both times they took down my information (on a "sticky note") and told me the owner would email or text me a quote within a day or two. And when I did, it turned out that it wasn't their fault, but was from faulty parts. They never said any form of "it isn't our fault". They just fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience.
