They didn't put the tile underneath the dishwasher and if you remove the kick plate you can clearly see they never even cleaned up underneath. This experience has been disappointing, and the lack of communication was the worst part. If a $15K laundry room was too small of a job, or Design Moe had too much work in the queue, I would have accepted that. But ghosting potential new clients is not a way to run a business.

On Yelp I found 'San Diego Walk-In Tubs,' has a perfect name, they've been around a long time, have many pictures and reviews from satisfied customers. I am one of their newest, very happy customers. And I needed the bathroom door opening widened and they did that too! I knew it involved a lot of work, but I decided to buy it 'installed.' Jason and his work crew took care of everything. It was done quickly, and they cleaned up the area every day. It's beautiful.

Then she designed the master bathroom which was just completed in May, 2026. She made it light and bright with new plumbing, tile and vanity cabinets. The third was a redesign of my art studio, giving me badly needed storage. Her signature design is modern with clean lines. Kelly completed the design drawings and all measurements needed by the construction team, made sure all the fixtures were selected and ordered and coordinated with the general contractor to insure her design translated to the build. She is very easy to work with, on time and always available for any questions or to trouble shoot things that may arise. She also has contacts for stone work, tile, paint and general contractors. I would definitely refer Kelly without hesitation and it has been a pleasure to work with her.
