They didn't put the tile underneath the dishwasher and if you remove the kick plate you can clearly see they never even cleaned up underneath. Even though they had measurements of our over, there is an inch gap on one side between the countertop and the oven. Biggest issue is the countertops that we purchased through them. After 6 months, area around the kitchen sink area. We have been very careful about wiping down the area but yellowish water stains are definitely there.

Jason met me for an in-home estimate. He has been prompt and friendly all the time. He presented pictures of various models and features, answered my questions, and had recommendations. I interviewed multiple design/remodel companies who had their own internal design team as well as other independent designers and went with Kelly for her experience and services offered. We really wanted a kitchen that worked best for our needs, maximized every square inch of space and fit our design esthetic and we felt that going with an independent designer would deliver this and it absolutely did and then some. We are SO happy with how our kitchen turned it, it is truly our dream kitchen both in how it looks and how it functions. Kelly had awesome ideas that we would not have thought of on our own (fabulous coffee nook in a little previously awkward corner, wine storage and bar area under our stairs!) and gently guided us to including some items we were initially resistant to but have since been so happy to have (second small bar-so handy for washing hands, small beverage fridge to get all those sparkling waters and beverages out of the main fridge and hanging pendant lights in the powder bathroom, love them!).
