Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I am very, very happy with the work!! Thanks everyone for your help, I thought you might find it interesting, the final result. Frank and Sheila 5117 Comanche Way

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

I had looked at the door, having taken framing courses, and knew it wasn't going to straight forward to remove the trim. I told the tech that and also said I hoped to replace the door with a new one soon that was energy efficient. Because I said that, they agreed to do my door as these 75yo doors can take cosmetic damage to remove the pane. Again, the glazer arrived on time. The end result, which he was proud of, was a tiny hole and a tiny crack ( easily filled with wood caulk if I cared). It was great! He was done quickly and I can't thank them more. Likewise with my SIL. But hey, cardboard and duct tape was more energy efficient during those really frigid days!

During the two winters, my wife would complain that it was colder than normal when she sits next to the window, but I just mistook that as normal as she is sitting next to huge windows. Well, few days ago, with the huge storm we got hit, we had water coming through the glass that this company has installed. Water was pouring in through the gaps. Well this explain my wife complain the colder air coming through. It doesn't seem the company sealed the glass very well when installing. It is amazing that Martin Glass after I emailed them told me that this is normal. This is the response I got from Martin Glass; "The water filtration is unlikely to be caused by glass installation. Big rain storms with driving rain can cause minor water filtration." This wasn't minor water filtration, this was me wiping the water and it would come in right away, and there is no way that any air or water coming in through the glass is normal. This is not through the glass but through the outside the structure that the glass sits in. I do have a video but posting it here is not possible. Check the google review.

We were impressed with how perfectly the new wood matched the original cupboards for such a seamless installation! We chose the arch topped pattern; we were able to use our original pretty backplates and knobs; we did update with hinges that were internal and more modern in appearance. Within the next month, a carpenter arrived to measure precisely for the project. When the big day arrived, two installers came promptly at 8 am. In two and a half days, the kitchen looked beautifully refreshed and new! Cody D. and Greg C. did an exceptional job installing everything! When they left, the kitchen was spotless! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mad City for your kitchen cupboard door replacements! Their representatives and their carpenters were very professional and their prices were reasonable! Enjoy the process!

The sales rep showed us various options, demonstrated levels of efficiency and allowed us adequate time to ask questions and make a decision without being pressured into buying. We were informed of the where things were in the process the entire time. The installation guy came into our home and took great care of our home. Floors were covered so they weren't scratched, things were cleaned as he went along, and he made sure we were satisfied before he left. The windows definitely cut outside noise to almost nothing and cut our energy bill significantly. We are very pleased with this company and their service!

Their reasonable bid made it possible for us to add a third window replacement that we weren't initially considering. Scott was wonderful to work with as we contemplated our choices. We especially appreciate that he didn't try to oversell us; in fact, he offered a different option on the third window replacement that actually brought the price down a bit. It's also a much more functional window; we love it. Scott also didn't rush us on our decision, and the crew that came out was polite, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. They failed to install kick plate at back door, and failed to install master blocks around one electrical outlet and doorbell (so cannot use). Kick plate was later installed, but not master blocks, even though they have sent people out several times (and once told me it had been done--I was sick and unable to check). The worst thing is that the color is not as shown on the manufacturer's website ( Cedar Knolls, "Cactus"). It is grey, not green. It also does not match the mock-up Infinity sent me via email so I could see what it looked like on my house. They did not have a siding sample on their wall when I went to pay my deposit (they had lots of others). The house looks terrible. They have sent different people out to look at the color on at least 4 occasions. They say it doesn't matter what the color looks like on the website or mock-up, the one the put on is called 'Cactus'. Today they came out and then called to tell me they were going to put a Lien on the house if I didn't pay the balance--and the job is not even finished! My husband and I are both vets and disabled and in our 70s (one of their big selling points was they "love" veterans). They told me Norandex would take $500 off the balance, or put up some kind of contrasting color on part of the front of the house--I can't even imagine how awful that would look! All I want is the green shown on the website and in the mock-up. This was a very expensive project for us. $500 would not make up for ruining the exterior of our house. EDIT: As soon as this Yelp review posted, ai got a phone call from Infinity saying a man 2ould be out right away to installl the blocks on the back wall and the doorbell. He installed only the block on the back wall. I have posted labeled photos from the Norandex website, the mock-up, and the actual siding. As I said, zi asked to see a sample of the siding when I dropped off my deposit, but they said they did not have one We had gotten 5 estimates and I had looked at dozen of swatches. No one be expected to keep them all straight. As to seeing it in different conditions, over the course of their several visits they saw it in sun and shadow. As to Norandex's offer of the batten stuff, I was never shown an example of even what that is, but i only want horizontal siding, as I ordered. I am not opposed to paying for satisfactory work, but we have not reached that stage yet. I am just very sick of being jerked around by them. If they or Norandex came up with a reasonable offer, I would consider it. $500 off a major project is a joke. Our house has depreciated more than that due to the horrible siding color. At the very least, both companies misrepresented the colors they are selling. Most companies want to do right by their customers because it takes at least 3 new customers to make up for one lost one.

My spouse and I scheduled a consultation and while the sales rep who came was moderately pushy, we ultimately decided to purchase six new windows. I had to reschedule once due to my spouse having Covid, additionally the instillation needed to be rescheduled again due to an inclement snowstorm, and the installers feeling unsafe (which I was fully supportive of, I did not want anyone getting hurt). The problem lies with communication. Our sales rep was supposed to be our "point of contact", however he has been extremely unhelpful, even going as far as reading and choosing to not reply to messages that were sent about the weather on the 2nd installation date; I tried to inform the sales rep it was unsafe for the installers to come due to a recent snow storm, and yet they showed up anyway - which was not their fault, they had not been informed. Additionally we have vaulted ceilings, which would typically not be a problem for instillation, if the proper pictures were taken and sent to the installers. Our sales rep did not take appropriate pictures, and did not send a proper description of the project to the installers, so they were unaware they needed a lift to access the windows. Currently the windows are being installed, and lo-andbehold the installers come without a lift saying they were unaware a lift was needed - which is not their fault, it should have been communicated to them... If you like good windows at a decent price, but don't mind poor communication, this is the company for you. *I will say the customer service over the phone has been great and the installers have been nothing but friendly - but I did have to shampoo the rugs after they left.

The trim piece under our picture window is 8 feet long and it is just held there by chalk. It broke loose once and they came and recaulked it in place. Now it is falling off again, allowing water to get behind our siding. Called 2 months ago, then called 2 more times to get a call back. They finally called and said for $200 they would recaulk it in place. It is to long and heavy for caulk to hold it. When the wind is out of the south our curtains move. You can tell there is no insulation in there. The traffic noise is very loud compared to our old windows. Bottom line is Bad Company with cheap quality products and piss poor service!!!!!
