Nothing but trouble with this company. Ordered 9/9/2025. It is now 1/13/2025. Workers came 3 days…read morein Nov. They failed to install kick plate at back door, and failed to install master blocks around one electrical outlet and doorbell (so cannot use). Kick plate was later installed, but not master blocks, even though they have sent people out several times (and once told me it had been done--I was sick and unable to check). The worst thing is that the color is not as shown on the manufacturer's website ( Cedar Knolls, "Cactus"). It is grey, not green. It also does not match the mock-up Infinity sent me via email so I could see what it looked like on my house. They did not have a siding sample on their wall when I went to pay my deposit (they had lots of others). The house looks terrible. They have sent different people out to look at the color on at least 4 occasions. They say it doesn't matter what the color looks like on the website or mock-up, the one the put on is called 'Cactus'. Today they came out and then called to tell me they were going to put a Lien on the house if I didn't pay the balance--and the job is not even finished! My husband and I are both vets and disabled and in our 70s (one of their big selling points was they "love" veterans). They told me Norandex would take $500 off the balance, or put up some kind of contrasting color on part of the front of the house--I can't even imagine how awful that would look! All I want is the green shown on the website and in the mock-up. This was a very expensive project for us. $500 would not make up for ruining the exterior of our house. EDIT: As soon as this Yelp review posted, ai got a phone call from Infinity saying a man 2ould be out right away to installl the blocks on the back wall and the doorbell. He installed only the block on the back wall. I have posted labeled photos from the Norandex website, the mock-up, and the actual siding. As I said, zi asked to see a sample of the siding when I dropped off my deposit, but they said they did not have one We had gotten 5 estimates and I had looked at dozen of swatches. No one be expected to keep them all straight. As to seeing it in different conditions, over the course of their several visits they saw it in sun and shadow. As to Norandex's offer of the batten stuff, I was never shown an example of even what that is, but i only want horizontal siding, as I ordered. I am not opposed to paying for satisfactory work, but we have not reached that stage yet. I am just very sick of being jerked around by them. If they or Norandex came up with a reasonable offer, I would consider it. $500 off a major project is a joke. Our house has depreciated more than that due to the horrible siding color. At the very least, both companies misrepresented the colors they are selling. Most companies want to do right by their customers because it takes at least 3 new customers to make up for one lost one.

Their reasonable bid made it possible for us to add a third window replacement that we weren't initially considering. Scott was wonderful to work with as we contemplated our choices. We especially appreciate that he didn't try to oversell us; in fact, he offered a different option on the third window replacement that actually brought the price down a bit. It's also a much more functional window; we love it. Scott also didn't rush us on our decision, and the crew that came out was polite, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. Our house looks great--we love the result!

Do not use Sunset Ridge Exteriors!…read more Initially I was happy with my roof/installation etc. but fast forward six years and I have water coming in the house. At first I thought it was a separation in the flash and after an argument with Mike, the OWNER on whether it was the original flash (despite being in the contract it was to be replaced) their sales person begrudgingly came out to check. Without even looking in the gutter, I was told my gutter was full of leaves (I have gutter guards) and that was probably causing water to come in the house and caused the exterior and interior damage. When I checked the area/gutter I pulled out a substantial roll of roofing nails (see included pictures) from the gutter which blocked the flow of leaves and water, causing the back up. Once the nails were removed water flowed freely. I went back to Sunset Ridge Exteriors with what I found, Mike the OWNER denied the nails are theirs and went so far as to suggest i placed them in the gutter myself. All I've asked Sunset Ridge Exteriors for thus far, is to come back and check the area again and rest of my gutters to make sure there aren't more of their nails in them, but Sunset Ridge Exteriors won't even commit to that. Sunset Ridge Exteriors has chosen blame me, and not assume any responsibility for correction. I think it's safe to say I won't hear from Sunset Ridge Exteriors any longer as I've received an email to direct all future correspondence to his attorney. Sunset Ridge Exteriors was quick to cash my check but when you need them they are incredibly dismissive, have no sense of urgency. extremely accusatory and argumentative. The employees will tell you i am not the first to say this as well. So much for that warranty! Unless you want your gutter clogged with rusty roofing nails, and zero ownership for their mistake I would NEVER recommend Sunset Ridge Exteriors

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

Full Story: We had our house resided 2.5 years ago, and knew we were chose to go with a more expensive company, simply because of the value they "sold" us & how we thought they were the "cream of the crop" in Madison. While there was a long wait (Covid deliveries) when they finally gave us the call, our house was completely stripped down and resided in a matter of days. There were about 15-20 guys working in the dead of winter. (I'm talking double negatives) but they were determined to get it done. The house looked great once they were done (as much as we could see in the winter). I was STOKED. Then things got weird. #1 - We had 2 weeks to submit the final payment, and within a few days we had calls asking about it. We gave them a date, and continually got called. It was weird. We finally gave them a check (within that 14 days) the guy looked relieved. One of the guys tells us the entire company is going through a major "crisis" and people are being fired / let go / whatever. Our sales guy had to leave, our main contractor left. (I'm assuming this was why they were so eager to get a check?) #2 - One of their former workers showed up at our door asking to borrow $20. Mind you, I was super friendly with everyone while they were working - it was super cold, but I made sure they had coffee each morning & snacks. But. really? Showing up to my door asking for money? #3 - A couple of months go by and spring comes, we go out to really inspect and find quite a few issues that aren't ideal, but I was giving a bit of grace as it was cold and they were so fast and it was minor. But then: Spring storm comes and the same piece of our siding comes partially off. We call Ganser. nothing. We call Ganser again. Someone comes out and "fixes it". Summer storm - guess what? Same piece comes partially off - We call Ganser. nothing. month 2 - We call Ganser again. nothing. month 3 - We call Ganser again. nothing month 4 - It's close to thanksgiving We call Ganser again. nothing. month. Holidays pass and still no word. The next spring, I call - they send someone out within a day or two and "fix" it again. I don't need to tell you what happens next - Spring, Summer. repeat. This time the entire piece of siding get ripped off. My husband starts the call - no response - call again cycle. Once they finally decide to call back they send someone out, the one guy fixes it and attempts to leave. I noticed it was short - and called him back before he drove off. The other guy there, moves it a little, and he bolts the piece into the house. Tells us it's totally messed up and will need to be replaced. We call Ganser while the guy is here, and tell them. That was at least 4 months ago.... we were told it'd be fixed "correctly" this next time but they need to order stuff and have someone come out. We've called. We've emailed. We've sent pictures. NO RESPONSE. This is really a last effort attempt to get some sort of reply, before we figure out what other options there are. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The cost does not match the quality or customer service.
