After calling several "roofing" places that also advertised for attic ventilation repairs, I called Ganser Co.

Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I am very, very happy with the work!! Thanks everyone for your help, I thought you might find it interesting, the final result. Frank and Sheila 5117 Comanche Way

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

He also helped us through the insurance process and made everything so easy. The price was very competitive, and we felt we received an amazing value for the quality of work. Whenever I had questions, Ryan treated me with respect and gave me his full attention. We have used The Exteriors Company now for two roofing projects and plan to use them again . Taylor also did a great job walking us through the completed work to make sure we were satisfied and answer any questions. This company is amazing, stands behind their work, and is very easy to recommend. So glad to have them as trusted experts in our corner.

The highlights were communication, quality of work, price, and customer service. I cannot wait to work with The Exteriors Company again. The Exteriors Company could teach a master class on contractor/customer interactions. If you need exterior work done, call The Exteriors Company! FOR REAL. LENGTHY REVIEW STARTS HERE: It took over a year and a half and meeting with 15 roofing companies to finally find the right company for my job: The Exteriors Company. My house has a modern/Frank Lloyd Wright kinda vibe - lots of different roof sections and pitches. A majority of the first 15 contractors that bid on my roof repair wanted to sell me a new roof. The problem with my roof was a design flaw and a new roof would have eventually led to more water in my house. This was confirmed by an architect. If you look at the before and after photo, you can see how ridiculous the design was. We had water coming into our house anytime it rained and when the snow melted. It was awful. We were lucky enough to have Ryan (the owner of The Exteriors Company) come look at our roof. The first thing he said after climbing on to the roof was, "You need to redo this whole area," confirming what we already knew. That was the first clue that we found a good roofing contractor. After talking in person and over email with Ryan and getting the contract for the project, we knew we found the right company. Ryan was so communicative. He reached out regularly through the repair process. We had four different teams (framing, roofing, siding and gutters) work on our repair. We were notified in advance when to expect each team. Then each team project manager reached out via text a day or two before and the day of their work. Each team was on time and did beautiful work. They were also tidy and I felt like they respected our home and property. Shout out to Taylor Paar and Scott Mack (roofing project manager and siding manager). Both these fellows came to meet with me and my husband to review the work that was done and to make sure everything was done to our liking. And to make sure we didn't have any concerns or questions. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. The Exteriors Company very obviously cares deeply about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly do that. I wish more contractors/vendors followed the playbook that The Exteriors Company has perfected. JOB WELL DONE

This two-star rating does not reflect the quality of work performed by the individual sub-contracted companies, which final product was satisfactory after timely repairs. The low rating is due to a significant lack of communication with Ridge Top, and unfinished work. Sub-contracted crews showed up on-site unannounced or changed their work schedule without notice from Ridge Top. We were informed we did not need to be home on days only outdoor projects would be completed, and yet crews were ringing the doorbell asking for instructions about installation that was not provided to them by Ridge Top (window orientation, down spout locations, etc). This interfered with work-from-home meetings. During siding work, the doorbell circuit was closed by poor nail placement causing it to run continuously. This resulted in both the door bell and transformer to become overheated and melt the bell chime cover inside the house. This was replaced by an electrician in a timely manner. Significant work-site debris was left in the yard, and Ridge Top's project managers shared our alarm at the final walk through. Together, we picked up roofing brackets, pail-full of nails we have collected with our own magnet, trimmed pieces of fascia/soffit/siding, and whole shingles. When we signed with Ridge Top we specifically asked, and were assured, that the new window trim would match the existing size, eliminating the need for additional significant drywall and paint repair. After 2 separate measurement appointments before installation, the finished trim installed on 13 windows was significantly smaller. We raised this concern during installation and at multiple walkthroughs, but it was repeatedly ignored. At the final walkthrough, Ridge Top acknowledged the extensive repairs required to both drywall and painting, and offered to provide compensation if we could get a quote from our own painter. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after the quote was shared with Ridge Top and multiple un-returned phone calls, they reversed this decision citing generic contract terms. This situation would not have been an issue had Ridge Top honored their initial assurance of minimal repairs or addressed the problem promptly. Instead, the lack of transparency and follow-through has resulted in unnecessary additional expenses and frustration.

They not only charged two grand over the price quoted, they filed a lien on the property even though they knew I was in the process of taking out a bank loan to pay for it. This was after they had already received eleven thousand dollars (almost all that was due). Ironically, they're filing of the lien might be the the thing that sinks the loan, as it is a HELOC. Greedy, greedy company. As for the quality of the work, I am pretty sure I didn't get my money's worth. There are items on the invoice that I am certain they didn't do because Jeff, the guy in charge told me they weren't going to do, but he told me he would be billing insurance for anyway. They got it all done within a single day with a bunch of guys who didn't speak English. Their sign will be going in the garbage today.

Well...not completely. My first beef is that they didn't include all hail damaged parts of the house to be repaired. So once we signed the contract, they said that it wasn't included. Plus those pieces were different colors than the new siding we were going with. They did replace one side, after we noticed that their workers weren't careful, because they too thought everything was getting replaced. We still have blue on 3 sides of our house that don't go with the current color scheme. When my wife called the salesman about this, he belittled her and acted like she was wrong and unsettled. Very unprofessional. I still question why we have Hal damaged pieces after trying to replace all hail damaged parts of the house. They weren't very willing to be helpful or take any blame. They left no extra materials, even though the standard is to order extras in case there are problems. So they took materials we paid for. Months later we tried to turn on our air conditioning to find it wasn't working. Here the workers put the power box on upside down and when they couldn't figure it out, just forced it all together and not working. We had to call out another company to see what was wrong and they knew right away that the siding company made a bad mistake. They aren't very service oriented. I know they made as much profit as they could off of us and in the end fought us when we were happy. I've never complained about service work before and they acted like we were just trying to complain. I wouldn't trust this company at all. Go somewhere else. Money is their only objective, not customer satisfaction. Run, run, run away from them.

They failed to install kick plate at back door, and failed to install master blocks around one electrical outlet and doorbell (so cannot use). Kick plate was later installed, but not master blocks, even though they have sent people out several times (and once told me it had been done--I was sick and unable to check). The worst thing is that the color is not as shown on the manufacturer's website ( Cedar Knolls, "Cactus"). It is grey, not green. It also does not match the mock-up Infinity sent me via email so I could see what it looked like on my house. They did not have a siding sample on their wall when I went to pay my deposit (they had lots of others). The house looks terrible. They have sent different people out to look at the color on at least 4 occasions. They say it doesn't matter what the color looks like on the website or mock-up, the one the put on is called 'Cactus'. Today they came out and then called to tell me they were going to put a Lien on the house if I didn't pay the balance--and the job is not even finished! My husband and I are both vets and disabled and in our 70s (one of their big selling points was they "love" veterans). They told me Norandex would take $500 off the balance, or put up some kind of contrasting color on part of the front of the house--I can't even imagine how awful that would look! All I want is the green shown on the website and in the mock-up. This was a very expensive project for us. $500 would not make up for ruining the exterior of our house. EDIT: As soon as this Yelp review posted, ai got a phone call from Infinity saying a man 2ould be out right away to installl the blocks on the back wall and the doorbell. He installed only the block on the back wall. I have posted labeled photos from the Norandex website, the mock-up, and the actual siding. As I said, zi asked to see a sample of the siding when I dropped off my deposit, but they said they did not have one We had gotten 5 estimates and I had looked at dozen of swatches. No one be expected to keep them all straight. As to seeing it in different conditions, over the course of their several visits they saw it in sun and shadow. As to Norandex's offer of the batten stuff, I was never shown an example of even what that is, but i only want horizontal siding, as I ordered. I am not opposed to paying for satisfactory work, but we have not reached that stage yet. I am just very sick of being jerked around by them. If they or Norandex came up with a reasonable offer, I would consider it. $500 off a major project is a joke. Our house has depreciated more than that due to the horrible siding color. At the very least, both companies misrepresented the colors they are selling. Most companies want to do right by their customers because it takes at least 3 new customers to make up for one lost one.

I spent a good amount of money on my remodel with this company and now have found myself having to…read morehire another company to make it right and finish my job.
