I called and asked if they had an opening this weekend and they did! I called at 12pm and they told me they could see me by 2pm. 2pm comes and I always find myself getting nervous as I go drop off my child. I get an anxious feeling - it's almost like I have just as bad separation anxiety as my dog. The place is clean, really clean. The lobby are is simple but all the magic happens behind the scenes. From what I could see inside, it still looked clean. I also really appreciate the paw print as a sort of window. A simple yet endearing touch. I got a call about an hour later saying my Milo was all done! I asked how he did, because he's a nervous wreck, and she said he did well. My boy came out looking like a million bucks for a fraction of the price. He smelled and looked amazing. Plus, he was rocking a bow tie. Did I mention that they did all of this by simply asking how I wanted his haircut? I didn't even have a picture. All I said was, "short" and they worked their magic. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

I knew I had to find another groomer, but I was nervous and sad because they had been with her since she was a puppy. Sarah was patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. I noticed many customers picking up their fur babies and all the dogs seemed happy. That also gave me relief. But I must admit that the end result was beautiful and the adjustment seemed natural for my baby. They left her looking great and she came home very happy. I loved the text and picture that Sarah sent me when informing me that she was ready for pick up. The price is very reasonable based on the research I conducted and the care was superb! She told me his coat was too tangled to work with, but I brush and comb him every single day, and we've never had this issue with any previous groomer. This was very surprising, as he has been groomed before without any problems. I understand that every groomer has different experiences with dogs, but I expected better communication and professionalism.
