I was very happy with Scrubz Pro cleaning and used their services monthly, and looked forward to having the same team each time and building a rapport with them. A month ago I had my usual monthly cleaning scheduled, and the cleaners did not arrive. During the scheduled time of my appointment I got a text that my cleaning was to be postponed due to "staffing issues"and I would be reached out to within 24 hours to reschedule. I called and left a voicemail twice over the time span of a week and did not hear back from Jordan (owner). I'm pretty patient and understanding so I considered maybe something serious happened as I did not get any response. I waited, checked the website to see if they were still in business. A month has gone by and still no response from Jordan. Update: right after posting this review, Jordan immediately called me to confirm my monthly appointment was still on board for the following month. My review for the cleaning services I received is 5/5. I appreciate Jordan following up with me after my review but disappointed it took a posted review to hear back from him after not hearing from him for a month. You will receive excellent cleaning services by booking with Scrubz but I plan my appointments around events so I'm looking for reliable scheduling. read more

Jaidrah is very detail-oriented while maintaining a clear sense of cleaning priorities for my messy family of four. You can tell that she does her work with care and pride. She even takes special precautions to look out for our silly cat, who tries to bolt out the door anytime it's open. I wonder if the reviews are fake... I maybe had only 2-3 cleanings before my cleaner never showed up and I didn't have a follow-up to reschedule. Lol I got ghosted by my cleaners ? Also, I really hope they don't still have my credit card on file. I guess it's not a total loss, their deep cleans weren't even on par with a regular clean. Hence the reason it seemed like a "deal". I don't usually leave yelp reviews, but I have to spread the good word. Jordan came by today to clean my apartment. He was communicative, punctual, and super friendly. I had a previous experience with a cleaning company at the beginning of the year that was less then ideal, so I was a little nervous to hire someone again. I have absolutely no regret. My home is exceedingly clean. I've never seen my velvet couch look so nice, even when it was brand new. I can't recommend this company enough! Excellent service and excellent folks. 10/10 read more

I scheduled a service on line for my 93 yo mom in Tacoma WA. We did all the steps correctly to arrange a deep clean. We received a confirmation email the day before on 9/13 for an arrival time at noon to 1 pm on 9/14. Not only did no one show up. There was no phone call, email or chat message response to me attempting to contact them. Really poor customer service. This not only caused stress for mom but also I had driven from Seattle to support this 1st time service with the idea we would continue going forward on a regular basis. Not anymore! In fact I had arrange a cleaning for my home in Seattle with Scrubz for next week which I promptly canceled first thing this morning. This was a terrible experience. I found that Ginger did an amazing job on my shower faucet. It has always had water spots, as long as I can remember... not anymore! She did such a great job, I was speechless!
