I was very specific about wanting my windows cleaned, I must have mentioned it 3-5 times when talking to the guy. My car was not dirty by any means when they got it but my windows were kind of grimy. There are still streak marks on the front windshield on the inside on the passenger side. What I care most about was that the driver side was done well so that is a positive. They also did a good job on the clay/sealant they used. For $150 ($130 plus $20 tip) I would have expected my windows to be spotless though. Don't know that I would have them come back out to do my car again. They also don't take Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo which was weird because they're mobile. Update- they came out and did my windows after I called and let them know they were still pretty dirty. Once they rectified the issue, I would definitely call them again.

I have a 2022 Toyota CHR that hadn't been waxed since I bought it last summer, aside from a car wash. The couple that showed up to clean my car was fast and very thorough. I am very happy with the work that they did. My car looks terrific, and I noticed people looking at it when I drove by! The wax details is very, very nice! I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

They'll wipe down surfaces, clean the windows, and make sure everything looks great before you leave. That combination is honestly the best of both worlds ...the speed and convenience of a drive-through wash with the finishing care of a full-service car wash. The staff was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. You can tell they care about the final result and about the customer experience. If you're used to doing all the finishing work yourself at other chain washes, Aqua Clean is a really nice upgrade and still a great value. Also one whose rates didn't start at $500. I text the number and he responded in a couple of hours and booked an appointment for a full exterior detail the next morning. The inside was already clean; the car had been detailed the month before I stopped driving. Due to an injury my car had sat undriven for over a year and was in much need of some TLC. Ben is so nice and considerate. He got right to work prepping my car and then started the detail. I came out and observed a few times during the three and a half hour detail. He was so thorough and diligent about each step which I greatly appreciated. I plan to use him for my annual detailing needs because my car looked beautiful when he was done working her over. Last night, my friend got a little sick and threw up in my car. It was in a hard to reach place in…read morethe car too; right in between the passenger seat and the door. It was all on the seat belt, in the carpet, under the seat and on the side of the seat. I tried to clean it up myself but I knew I would need some help. My friend called Ben this morning (New Years Eve) and he was at my location in 20 minutes. All together, it took him about 45 minutes - an hour to get it all cleaned. You can see he did a phenomenal job by the pictures alone. Totally worth it! We paid $125. My car smells great, it's clean and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I'm hoping to have him come back and do a standard detailing sometime in the new year.
