I was very specific about wanting my windows cleaned, I must have mentioned it 3-5 times when talking to the guy. My car was not dirty by any means when they got it but my windows were kind of grimy. There are still streak marks on the front windshield on the inside on the passenger side. What I care most about was that the driver side was done well so that is a positive. They also did a good job on the clay/sealant they used. For $150 ($130 plus $20 tip) I would have expected my windows to be spotless though. Don't know that I would have them come back out to do my car again. They also don't take Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo which was weird because they're mobile. Update- they came out and did my windows after I called and let them know they were still pretty dirty. Once they rectified the issue, I would definitely call them again.

I have a 2022 Toyota CHR that hadn't been waxed since I bought it last summer, aside from a car wash. The couple that showed up to clean my car was fast and very thorough. I am very happy with the work that they did. My car looks terrific, and I noticed people looking at it when I drove by! The wax details is very, very nice! This was my first time ever getting a detail (lol my poor car...) and definitely won't be my last. My car had completed a cross country road trip the month before the team saw my car, and it was in rough shape. Gonna dig at my ex here, who the hell eats chips and licks their fingers, refuses a napkin and then puts their hands all over my steering wheel? Just one red flag of countless... Anyway, I feel so much better after Got Detail performed an exorcism on my car. I appreciate them so much. They were so kind, very thorough, and it was so convenient having them just pull up to my house. They took all day on my poor car because it was in really rough shape. They even got out all of the car and dog fur which is an impossible task. I should've taken before/after pictures, it was very drastic. They also wrapped inside of my engine to protect from rats!! Which I never knew about and was so sweet of them, I would've never known to ask and they just did it for me! They said you should do a detail every 6-12 months. It's not the cheapest so I'll probably do yearly. Totally worth the money though. This experience has made me a lot more vigilant of my car's condition, unfortunately I'm parked outside always and next to some gross pollen tree... so I'm gonna start going to the car wash more often. They gave me the tip to go to a touchless wash and ask for new rags. Really appreciate Got Detail and am very grateful for their tireless and spotless work!! Just as an anecdote, my battery died in the process of the detail (it was 5+ years old lol) so I went to AutoZone right after. The guys in AutoZone were agog at how nice my car looked, even the engine. They were asking me who did the detail and said it was flawless work. I started going to Aqua Clean after a lackluster experience at Soapy Joe's. I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

Last night, my friend got a little sick and threw up in my car. It was in a hard to reach place in…read morethe car too; right in between the passenger seat and the door. It was all on the seat belt, in the carpet, under the seat and on the side of the seat. I tried to clean it up myself but I knew I would need some help. My friend called Ben this morning (New Years Eve) and he was at my location in 20 minutes. All together, it took him about 45 minutes - an hour to get it all cleaned. You can see he did a phenomenal job by the pictures alone. Totally worth it! We paid $125. My car smells great, it's clean and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I'm hoping to have him come back and do a standard detailing sometime in the new year.

They were more than happy to let me use the waiting area the entire time. Ryan made sure the air conditioning was cranked up for me--and I know it was for me because nobody else was in there. He offered me cold water and sodas, and when lunchtime came around, he refused to take no for an answer when he invited me to join them. I initially tried to decline because I wasn't very hungry, but in my own culture, it is considered rude to refuse a meal while your host is eating. Our cultures come from the same part of the world, and the food was very much like something I would be served at my own family's table so i gladly accepted. I mention this because it speaks volumes about the kind of people I was giving my business to. They genuinely care about their customers in a way you don't experience very often, and I appreciated the hell outta of it. My Tesla isn't the easiest vehicle to work on but these guys went above and beyond, treating my car as though it were their own. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and it is easy to understand why they are always busy. Yelp sent me other quotes, and this one was the best, and it was a bonus that we could go to the shop or have them come in their mobile van for the same price. Raneen and Steven were good at communicating, polite, and no upselling. I was surprised to get an OEM window (vs aftermarket) and very pleased with the whole experience.

So I am a dog mom with a 125 lb fluffy butt, 10-year-old, American Akita and a 60 lb, 8-year-old Black Lab mix and they believe in leaving their mark on every inch of my car. My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! I cannot wait to be able to afford their service again because my car could use a great service. They are pricey but it is so worth the money!

He cut me and other vehicles off getting the 805 with his little while car. He realized several of us were taking photos of him since he has his business information on his vehicle and phone number. He has no regard for others in the freeway and will cause an accident soon hurting someone or himself. If his ethics and ways of being are being revealed on how he drives and how he treats others in the freeway, makes me wonder if he is as good with his work ethics. Please leave early to wherever you are going and have regard for others in the freeway.
