The Classic Dry Cleaners licensee in West Shore Mall doesn't honour the 50% off coupons found in…read morethe Entertainment books. If you bring the coupon in before you get the cleaning they tell you to bring it back when you pick up the cleaning and when you bring it back at the pickup time they tell you you had to bring it in when you dropped the items off. It's only $5.00 but it's the principal of the thing. They did a lousy job of cleaning a down filled coat even though assured us it would get done to our satisfaction. I will never do business with them again and will tell all my friends not to go there either

This is a review for Classic DryCleaners at University Heights Shopping Centre on Shelbourne…read more Prices are comparable to other drycleaners. But when I paid for my stuff, they just gave me a credit card receipt--no itemized bill. I asked for an itemized bill and was told they didn't have those. However, the clerk did go through the handwritten receipt that I guess they keep for their own purposes. It had all the charges on it, including $6 or $7 for something called "iron by hand" or some such thing. I asked what that was all about and the clerk didnt even know. So he asked some woman that i guess is the boss (and likely his mother), who said it was just that: a special ironing job they had to do by hand. The clerk then said they had to do this sometimes with pleated skirts, for example. Ummm, I had given them mens button down shirts and casual dress pants. Nothing crazy. I've never had any drycleaner try to charge me for hand pressing my drycleaning. And you can bet it will never again at this place, 'cause I won't be going back. Hope my $6 or $7 was worth it to you!

I have been a customer at this Laundromat for almost 2 years. I usually go once or sometimes twice…read morea week. I am always polite and respectful. The female staff is very professional. But I do have valid complaint regarding the manager who also owns the business. Today I did my laundry in an older machine. It's at the back row and 4.00. Because it was very busy , it was the only machine available, so I put it xtra clothes in the machine. This is the only time I have done this. I'm not the only customer who has done this and I most likely won't be the last. After loading the machine I went to sit outside , and then when I returned , the lid of the washer was up. The manager was at the sink and instead of saying to me, "Excuse me miss but you put too many clothes in the machine. Please don't overload next time". But he proceeded to communicate to me in a very condescending way, that was rude, and belittling, and rolling his eyes at me like I am completely stupid. Then he proceeded to tell me that the engine of the machine was giving off an unpleasant odour can't I smell it, and it's ruining the machine. And because of me the cost of doing laundry goes up for everyone. ( lol... all because of me heh lol) There was no odour. That machine is used over and over again, so for me overloading , is not going to be my fault. So then I asked him if it's ok if I put the lid down of the washer, so the wash could finish, there were 4 minutes left. He replied " Oh... what are you trying to ask me now?", in a snitty rude arrogant voice. Then he says " Oh and that's not washing." and rolls his eyes , shakes his head and rudely walks away. He also said that my clothes would be soaking wet when I take them out. My clothes were washed My clothes were not soaking wet. This was a very humiliating way to be treated. Not that he would really care, but won't be returning Sincerely Jennie ,
