He took the time to explain and go over everything. As a single woman, I almost dread doing any work on my house because there are so many dishonest contractors out there. My house is old and there are always unforeseen problems that arise when you start tearing into things. Ralph solved every problem with ease including hand picking some beautiful redwood needed to replace rotted wood. His crew is polite, respectful and hardworking. I highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

We purchased a home in late October 2017 that was in desperate need of a new roof and fascia. My…read morewife and I collected multiple bids, did our due diligence by checking online reviews and asking friends, work colleagues and clients of our sign company. We tried to balance our choice between the best quote, the recommendations of contractors we trust who our business serves and who appeared to be the easiest to work with. Ralph came out right away to inspect the roof, and prepared a written estimate that wasn't as deeply detailed or as slick as others, but his price was highly competitive and his estimated date of starting was months sooner than the much bigger firms we received quotes from. We checked out his license and whether or not he had any complaints and went to a few reference houses he provided us with. They all looked great and the customers spoke very positively about his work and reliability. It was roughly a month and a half from the time we signed the contract and when he and his crew started and we knew from the first day we had made a good choice. After the tear off of the old roof, there was literally not a single scrap of old roof anywhere on our property. At the end of every day, he and his crew cleaned up the entire property to the point where we couldn't tell anyone had been there. The day the shingles, underlayment, fascia boards, vents, etc. arrived, we were home to see the brand names and quality of materials being used. It was all the same quality as others had stated in their quotes, so we felt very comfortable knowing that his better pricing was based on him actually being part of the crew to do the work and not on skimping on materials some way. Overall, our roof looks great, we feel it was done in accordance with all city codes and it passed its inspection with flying colors and no setbacks. Watching the rain fall off the new roof yesterday exactly where and how it should made me want to share our experience.

There were so many issues. They didn't clean the oven or the kitchen sink or the baseboards or any window sills. They didn't completely dust any of the furniture. It was the worst "deep" clean I have ever seen. They were late arriving and I never received any call to let me know they would be late. I contacted Johnny and he agreed to a "complimentary" cleaning of my downstairs area the next week. There is nothing "complimentary" about something you have already paid a lot of money to have done. They came back the next week, late again and cleaned the downstairs area. Again, they didn't clean the kitchen sink or window sills or the front of the kitchen cabinets. Even after all of this I went ahead and decided to give them another chance. I know. Shame on me. Well, yesterday I texted Johnny to verify that we still had our appointment for today. They never even showed up. His voicemail is full and he does not return my calls or text messages. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone!
