The Barista was super friendly and the shop had a ton of space which I'm sure gets used all the time with Boulder being a college town. I do know, my buddy really enjoyed his coffee and next time we go back to this beautiful town, I will for sure be partaking in their coffee goodness. Mistakes happen, but using a utensil off the floor in a customer's drink should never be acceptable in food service--especially right in front of the customer. It also makes me question what kind of food-safety training employees receive. And this is exactly why I dislike being asked to tip before receiving the service.
