What a cool experience. I have never seen anything like this before. It is neat to watch them make the various types of ice cream rolls. Seeing the process and how it is made is fascinating and I enjoyed that almost as much as the ice cream. It isn't a fast process and if they are busy it will take a while. We came and there wasn't a line and they got making ours right away...but again, if you can get to where you can watch the rolling process, that is really fun to watch. While at Pinehurst, had to try out this place based on Yelp reviews. Neat menu. Tried their scrolled ice creams. We tried 4 different flavors- matcha, chocolate fanatic, Oreo cookie, red velvet. The presentation was really nice. The texture is quite gummy than creamy. It's definitely fun to watch them prepare the scrolls. Having said that, be prepared to wait. This is not a scoop up and serve place. It takes them time to make those scrolls. When it's busy, make sure you are watching for your orders. We placed 4 orders at the same time but somehow, they skipped the fourth and started serving the next customers and we had to remind them about our fourth one. read more

I've tried a number of menu items, like the cookie explosion ice cream roll, the homemade oreo ice cream, mango boba milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and the red velvet ice cream rolls **(now that I list them, I need to calm down with my sweet tooth)** BUT out of them all, the coconut milk tea is undefeated. The only sad part is that in the past year, they've limited their weekly hours to Fri-Sun during the pandemic soooo make sure you enjoy on the weekend. read more

Dessert heaven! This place has a ton of choices! They put a different twist to ice cream and different combination of flavors, and it all works out. Their ice cream is made fresh, and they really put in a lot of work in each order, so it takes a while to finish one order but it's definitely worth it - you get a lot in one cup too. The flavors don't taste artificial either. They also have some games in the shop, so it's a great place to hang out with family and friends. The people who own this place are very nice too. The staff was friendly. However both orders were not good at all. One person got a basic ice cream scoop coffee flavored and the other got red velvet and both orders were regretted. The man behind the counter must have sneezed 9 times, behind the counter as he was making everyone's orders. He didn't cover his sneeze once. No receipt offered. Long lines, with no way to confirm what orders they need to still complete. If I didn't remind them I was waiting on a drink, I wouldn't have received it. It took us at least 40 minutes to receive to bowls of rolled ice cream. 50 minutes for a smoothie. It looks like the whole family works there, which is nice. I love supporting family owned businesses. I just wish they had the process down of taking orders and completing them in a timely and more germ free manor. They were really nice too, but nice only goes so far when you have that long of a wait for your product. There is nothing like this in the area, so they would do well and crush. if they could streamline their processes. The kids that work there don't know the steps to making what's on their own menu. In town visiting from San Diego California. One of my mother's care givers told us about this amazing ice cream and even took us there. I rewarded both her, my mom, and of course myself with three yummy ice cream treats. I have never had rolled ice cream this is now my favorite ice cream to enjoy. Talk about rich and creamy goodness. Amazing. Mom had a traditional two scoop butter pecan with vanilla ice cream in a large hand made waffle cone. Care giver and I each had rolled ice creams and they were delicious. They can even do almond milk rolled ice cream WOW. Will I go there again. Yes and I'll be sure to have this place on speed dial for my next visit. OH BY THE WAY .... Mango sticky rice is my personal favorite, but also make my own concoction with coffee ice cream and Nutella. The s'mores is fabulous, especially 'roasting' the marshmallow at the end! Once you find it, you'll love it! It's a tiny little place tucked inside a shopping plaza next door to the Thai food place. We missed it twice somehow! It's not the place to go if you're looking for a Friendly's style ice cream sundae but the scrolled ice cream combo list is extensive and unique. I wasn't in the mood for that so just had a plain chocolate cone. Was hoping for a little ice cream with hot fudge but they didn't have anything like that. Just the scrolls and plain cone or cup with basic flavors. The chocolate ice cream was super creamy and yummy. My bf got the banana caramel with vanilla wafer scroll. Good ice cream, drinks, and products but it's painfully slow. If there is more than one person in there ahead of you, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. There is usually just one person working who takes all the payments and makes all the ice cream and drinks. The customer service therefore is pretty poor and needs work. It's really good! Extra cold and creamy with so many options. The first time we went it was crowded and took 40 minutes to get a rolled ice cream and two smoothies. I'm glad we went again we had one other person in front of us and it took about five minutes this time. The only thing they might think about is adding size options for the rolled ice cream so you don't have to get so much and adding a name called or ticket number when your item is ready instead of guessing if it's yours. read more

The ice cream is very delicious but they really need to get more employees in here other than the Pre teen / teen kids working here.
