Again I question this and she has no explanation, doesn't offer to fix the issue, refund the difference, cancel the transaction, doesn't ask another coworker, doesn't call a manager or owner. She just stares at me blankly and says she doesn't know. I left without the doughnuts and will dispute the charge. Charging something other than the price on your own menu board is illegal. An employee who can't explain the prices they are charging, comprehend that $19.99 times 2 plus tax doesn't equal $57, or doesn't even try to fix an obvious mistake (or ask another worker for help is a really poor representative of a what is really a great local business.
