A & R Screening responded promptly to all my questions and even added on a shirt last minute for a late participant. The shirts were ready more than a week before game time and pick up was smooth. I thought it would be inexpensive and quick like stated on his website & IG. It's going on 6 months and I haven't received anything from my order other than awful communication from the owner & minimal reaction time to fix the solution like refund partial amount of order or adding in a free transfer. I understand that having a business things might get delayed and sometimes outside factors play a role in delays but 6 months is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and he jumped on saying he already sent it out but I never received anything. Sent him my address and everything. I'm one to support small businesses and I am very patient when it comes to things taking time but I have never waited this long for something that if I had the technology to do it, I would've had it completed already myself. When I try to tell other people on his IG page to watch out how he handles his business, my comment gets deleted immediately. When I try to call and figure something out he hangs up the phone immediately. Emails get unanswered. This is a really bad example of customer service and idk how he runs a business while acting like this. I'm calling my bank and getting my refund

Terrible customer service. Lost my order and arrived 9 DAYS LATE…read more I asked how long to ship a t-shirt to see if I'd get it in time for the playoffs. Was told 2 days. After 5 days, I inquire as to where my shirt is. They said I didn't pay for shipping and it it didn't ship yet, but I did pay for shipping! I showed them and said if they can ship it ASAP and provide a tracking number so it arrives in the 2 days, that's fine, but if not, please cancel my order. They said they would get it to me in 2 days. Another SIX days go by before I get my shirt. Playoffs nearly over. Not even a single apology was offered throughout the whole communication.
