They accept walk ins but signing up for an appointment spends it up a little by getting all your info in the system ahead of time. I had a screen issue with my Pixel 8 that was under warranty (there's a Google site you can put your info into to see when your warranty expires). They confirmed that the phone was under warranty and the issue I had would be covered. I overheard them giving very reasonable quotes to others in line that were not under warranty. We dropped it off and had it back within 4 hours! We'll be back with any other tech issues. Lots of meters available and a parking garage. A few 15 min free spots.

Said needed to leave for 2 days to open it up, told him I just want an idea to see if was worth replacing and asked since he has done "Thousands" of these repairs, what the highest cost was?
