If you think about germs and are easily grossed out, there's plenty of hand sanitizer around, or bring your own! But everyone is basically reaching in to feel the same slime you are. There's a small area the kids can take their shoes off and play in. Some squishes and slime they can go into (it's hard and doesn't stick to clothes!). They also have the "get slimed" station. I believe it's $30 and from the looks of it, it's just blue water. Didn't seem worth it to me. But my kids loved watching! The best part is being able to make your own slime! You can pick the consistency, smell and color! And as an added bonus you can pick out 3 charms! There's no food or drinks allowed in and they have a complimentary coat/bag check! Take a picture of your bag in case you drop your ticket! In addition, I find it hilarious that people are complaining about the price. Of course the place raises the price during peak hours. Now do I think $56 for a ticket is steep, yes! But plan ahead and always purchase tickets ahead of time! We paid $135 for 3 and were there almost 3 hours! It was a fantastic team-building experience, and the girls loved working together to solve everything before time ran out. They solved the case in 50 minutes! It was a few sneaky tricks, cool puzzles, things that stumped us and over all a whole lot of fun!! Basically 2 parties in one....but you only turn 10 once...right? Jason and Amy were super responsive and provided lots of info about their escape room choices and other mobile adventures as well. My son was all about the Super Hero escape room, which could hold 9 kids ma. When every kid responded yes to fun we realized we were going to need a 2nd option so opted to bring 2 escape room trucks. The other one was an underwater experience. We had the option of an hour in each truck or 30 min in each (so the kids could experience both). My son opted for the latter. The kids divided into 2 groups and did a condensed version of one escape room...and then did a switcheroo. They enjoyed both escape rooms, but all seemed to prefer the Super Hero one. One group was a closer group of friends than the other group and they seemed to solve everything a bit faster. I have noticed from other escape rooms that when a group is used to working/playing together things work out a bit better. Both gamemasters were super friendly and enthusiastic. We didn't have to do anything, but sit in our house and wait for them to come out which was definitely one of the easier parties we've thrown. They all came out excited and hungry for hibachi!

Hyper Kidz has to be the best indoor kids play place we've been to, and trust me, we've been to A LOT across multiple states. My older son was very excited when he saw some clips about this place and we decided to pay a visit. We came on a Saturday. There were many kids, with a wide range of ages, on the giant jungle gym, the large bullpen with an interactive screen, and the young toddler area. Check-in involved with waiver-signing and socks purchasing for first timers. I believe a pair of socks cost $3.50 and each child's admission was $18.50 (as of 02/14/26). There yellow-bee socks seemed to have a good grip on the bottom, but we will see how they would hold up after a few washes. My kids were a little hesitant to get on the big boss jungle gym first, so they started playing at the toddler area to condition themselves. Eventually they released their inhibition and were climbing all levels numerous times. My 2.5 year-old, small-statured younger son went on the suspended bridge repeatedly until he overcame his fear, so it was impressive to see his progress when facing challenges. For parental supervision, for the most part, parents would be able to watch their kids while sitting down at the perimeters. I spent majority of time chasing my two boys while slightly bend down at the jungle gym the entire time. Adults were able to get on them and they seemed sturdy, yet for tall individuals there would be no way to stand straight inside this if you were to constantly go after the kid(s). Everyone in my family enjoyed "Kids Play Hive," but one star was deducted because the lack of boundaries on protecting the little ones who also wanted the opportunities to play. There was a group of older boys and everyone was very energetic and running fast throughout the venue. When they got to the young toddler zone, they took up space reserved for the little crawlers and walkers. While it didn't significantly impact my experience, but that would be something for the management to think about for crowd-control purposes. There was also a birthday celebration going on and the invited guests got to use the party room. Overall, "Kids Play Hive," in my opinion, is a well-designed indoor playground with convenient parking. We don't live awfully far away and will definitely come back in the future. The snacks and beverages they sell also are priced reasonably. Guests are allowed bring their food and there is a designated dining area.

The promoter had given us free tix to check out his domain and I heard regular price is $5 which, honestly, I think is too low for what they've done. I've paid $25 for mediocre hauntings and it's a lot of hard work and imagination to get those things up and running. Inside, they have pretty current props, special effects, scenes that are chilling. When I first entered, I actually felt as if I was in a horror film. Only one other haunted house made me feel like this. I think if you feel as if its real, you've done your job. The props were creepy and the sounds snd movements were scary. Spoiler: You have to crawl at one point, so don't wear something impractical lol! There wasn't much "jump" actors, but I can do without. There were imitate "grudge" & "ring" characters that are crawling on the floors which always work. I won't spoil anymore, but I'd highly recommend this place. Thumbs up!
