I did speak to her husband and was told they were busy and that he would get back to me , but never did. I continued to call, leave messages and text them, but no response. Ashley, asked lots of questions and was highly professional and courteous on the phone. She also told me that she would have an assistant to work with her because of my dog's blindness. When, Bootsy exited the groom room, he was not panting nor stressed in the least. Which was a nice surprise for me because at One Pampered Pup he was always so stressed and couldn't wait to leave.
