Scott does what he says he'll do and when he says. Won't charge for work that doesn't need doing. Very trustworthy.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Beware!!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!!…read more To be fair, I've used Danny's for years with flats. My mistake was to trust them with my boat trailer. On Thursday, February the 27th, I took my boat trailer to them because I had purchased two new tires and I wanted them mounted and balanced. I ended up paying for them to balance all four tires since they hadn't been done in a while. Ten days later I go to the Arroyo and when I returned, one of my tires flew off!! The studs were completely ruined as was the rim. It was obviously wobbling which meant Danny's had not tightened the lug nuts. I then tried coming home with my hazard lights since my trailer has two axles. I was driving about 40 mpg when the second tire on the same side flew off. Same issue!!! I had to pay a $700 tow and now I need hubs, bearings, and new rims (they're ruined) and I'll need to fix my fender as well as the damage to my boat it got when it slid to the side from the impact of the tire falling off. I'm sure I'll be out at least $1500 or more. I have pictures to show the rims and damages. This morning I called Danny's and spoke to Cesar the owner. Before I could even explain the situation, he denied ANY responsibility. When I explained what happened, his response was "it doesn't add up". It is obvious that the lug nuts weren't tightened by the way the tires came off. At first he denied any responsibility but then he said he'd have to "ask the boss". So I then asked if I could speak to the owner and he replied that he was the owner which was confusing. He rambled about needing "outside advice sometimes" which was more confusing. So I asked if he had insurance and he replied that he didn't know. He just kept denying any responsibility and saying it didn't add up and he didn't know anything. Cesar's excuse was that the tire should have fallen off in no more than a mile because, as he put it, they had a customer LAST MONTH whose tire fell off because they hadn't tightened the lug nuts and it fell off within a mile. He also said they had another customer a couple of months ago whose tire had fallen off. Cesar admitted they have a recurring problem of not making sure they do their jobs correctly but denies any responsibility. I told him I would take the tires and rims to show him when I got off work and he agreed to see them, but five minutes later he called me back telling me not to call him again and just "go ahead and sue me." They obviously have problems at this shop and don't care if they cause an accident that could potentially kill someone! I can't imagine if this had happened on my wife's car or my truck. Thankfully, no one was hurt but the tire rolling down the highway at 40 mph could have killed someone. Beware and STAY AWAY!!!! Cesar the owner is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! He is a person with no integrity!!! Be careful if you go to this shop.
