I went there because I have a code on my Truck…read moreand I also have a shutter when at 40- 45 mph and to get my transmission serviced because it's due. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time and then they literally repeated the code saying go back to me and say that it wasn't then you wasn't on like I knew like I didn't know that and didn't fix anything then refused to do the Transmission service because they said they don't recommend it even though I've had it done every time it's due and even if they were gonna do it, they didn't have time today which is ridiculous considering I had it scheduled in my service request but has audacity to charge me $100 but didn't fix anything and want me to reschedule my service like I don't have other things to do and didn't go out of my way to make this appointment and keep it. So $100 later I don't have my truck fixed. I still don't know anything more than I knew when I got there and I don't have my transmission fluid changed because they recommended against it and then didn't want to do it today because they did do it, which is ridiculous.

Saw a truck that looked too good to be true. They agreed to allow me to take it to my mechanic…read more They had nothing to hide. Glad I didn't take their word for it and took it t my mechanic. They said it appeared to have been in an accident and found a rust Joe in the frame big enough to stick your hand in. The kicker was that it has a new inspection sticker on it! Glad I trusted my gut. Sad part is, they were asking top dollar for it!

Excellent, knowledgeable service (he actually answers the phone and returns all calls!). I wish I had sent the carburetor in earlier, and saved myself some aggravation. But, as Craig said years ago, "90% of all carburetor problems are in the ignition system", so I chased all of those down first, but it was, in fact, the carburetor. I got the carb promptly back from his repair, he made a suggestion for a change in timing, and returned all of my old parts. I bolted the carb on, warmed her up and advanced the timing; now that '67 'Vette runs better than it has in years! I'm ecstatic. Nicely done and highly recommended. steve meltzer

He was under the other estimate I received for tires last year. Last month we thought we were going to have a very costly repair, but he found the problem and it was an inexpensive fix. My son dropped his car off on a Wednesday night to be looked at Thursday morning. Everyday we had to call to check the progress and was told they would call the next morning. The weekend went past and still nothing. So I called Monday and the person who answered said he knew nothing about the vehicle and he would have the "other guy" call me, of course no one did. So Tuesday morning I decided to drive there, 2 hours from home to inform them that I was there to pick up my vehicle. When I asked about the multiple times we were told they would call with an update, he had the audacity to say you know we are busy. No sir, I the customer do not know how busy you are, nor is it my responsibility to figure it out. It is the responsibility of any reputable business to let the customer know if they cannot complete a job they accepted knowing how "busy they are". So long story short I was finally told they fixed something they thought was the problem but turns out it was not. So I was charged $200, to still be in the predicament I started. Very poor customer service skills. Would NOT recommend.
