I was thrilled to have worked on my credit score enough to get a decent car financed. I wish I…read morewould have never stopped here though. I ended up paying twice as much as the vehicle was worth. I also ( within a day) took it back because the steering wasn't right. It was swaying and the steering wheel wasn't straight. They said they gave it an alignment, but the problem was still there. They did it again, still there. I kept telling them the problem was still there and their response was " well, we can't find it". They had to reluctantly, I might add, repair the heat as it wasn't working properly. They did what they could to get past that warranty period of 90 days. As I bought this towards winter, I didn't use the AC until the following summer. Nope. No AC as they condenser was shot. I could barely keep it on the road for the sway, they refused to make it right or find the issue as it was a problem at purchase, they said. They wanted my money for more appointments. I took it elsewhere and it was verified that it was a bad Rack & Pinion. It had chewed THREE sets of tires. One set I had had them put on and through that and TWO alignments, they somehow completely missed that the Rack & Pinion was bad. (?????) Either their service dept.is completely incompetent OR they knew and didn't want to pony up for the repairs. Either way, terrible service. In less than one years time, I have had to dish out 3K for their incompetence's. Granted, I should have Blue booked it before purchase, so I eat the double cost. However, to detail a car and just slap it on the lot without going over the vehicle ( If they HAD gone over it correctly, these issues would have ALL been seen and addressed, no excuse) is bad business. I was told this vehicle was gone over and in top condition. I'll not only never go back there again, I won't recommend anyone go there.

I went there because I have a code on my Truck…read moreand I also have a shutter when at 40- 45 mph and to get my transmission serviced because it's due. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time and then they literally repeated the code saying go back to me and say that it wasn't then you wasn't on like I knew like I didn't know that and didn't fix anything then refused to do the Transmission service because they said they don't recommend it even though I've had it done every time it's due and even if they were gonna do it, they didn't have time today which is ridiculous considering I had it scheduled in my service request but has audacity to charge me $100 but didn't fix anything and want me to reschedule my service like I don't have other things to do and didn't go out of my way to make this appointment and keep it. So $100 later I don't have my truck fixed. I still don't know anything more than I knew when I got there and I don't have my transmission fluid changed because they recommended against it and then didn't want to do it today because they did do it, which is ridiculous.

I never had such a great experience working with a mechanic!…read more Long story, but my Subaru Outback blew it's engine on I80 in Mercer, PA due to a faulty oil change by JiffyLube - this happened as my son (girlfriend & dog) were traveling home (Columbus, Ohio to long Island, NY) right before Christmas. Walt was amazing in so many areas: - took care of them as they were stranded in Western PA - outstanding mechanic who diagnosed the issue with many pictures of the missing oil plug and internal damage from the Jiffy Lube service. - acquired a top-notch engine replacement (sent pictures along the way) - completely installed a new engine and drove it 70+ miles to ensure everything was good. - very easy to communicate with, kept us informed during the entire process, and very understanding of our situation. Walt is the best auto mechanic I have every used, I highly recommend him for any service!
