Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

He said that it was a fast easy job which he later denied saying. I questioned the office lady about the bill which took her several days to get. I offered to pay the bill over the phone but his wife said to talk to the owner first. "Big mistake!" Five hours of labor later and $700.00, it was done. I would have done it my self had I known he would have charged 1/2 of that. It was to replace two shackles and 10 bolts. I went down to pay the bill two days in a row, and the bill was not done. I went in on the third time to pay and get a quote for more work and another mistake. When I went in to pay the trailer bill, he accused me of not trusting him to take my business elsewhere. I asked his secretary/wife one simple question about his bill and he flipped out on me. He needs to take an anger management and customer service classes. Details of his tirade, I will not mention. I asked him why I wanted a quote to fix my truck if I did not trust him which he accused me several times. I was a mechanic for several years and I managed the largest trade show company for over 20 years and him trying to intimidate and bully me, (maybe because of his size) may work with some.
