I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.

The staff at that time spent many hours with us to configure a system and to explain the products needed and the prices of each item. We had bought a Samsung Series 8+, Definitive Technology rear speakers, a DT center speaker, a Surfire subwoofer, and a Denon AVR Theatre Surround Receiver. We scheduled a instillation and the crew came over a few weeks later and installed everything to perfection. They set up the system took the specific readings for the speaker layout and set it up and trained us so it was a fun and exciting process. Fast forward 10 years and I decided to upgrade my front speakers that I had bought in 1989 and start shopping around for a new pair. I settled on the Bowers and Wilkins 704 S2. So now I got the bug to start playing vinyl again and went back to "Dave" to look for a turntable. Dave Lane personally helped me decide which turntable would be suitable for my system and showed me the Rega line. I did not want to break the bank for a turntable and after listening to the p2 I decided it would work just fine for my listening needs. I was advised that it would require a pre-amp, (not too expensive) to be able to use with my Denon AVR receiver. Dave went over how to install it, very simple, and set the tone arm to the correct weight and anti skate setting. So now I was not done I enjoyed the experience and service of Dave and had a good connection with him, (we are both the same age and business owners), that I did bite the bullet and purchased a new NAD AV Surround Amplifier to replace my original Denon which by the way still works beautifully. The New NAD is a magnificent product, although expensive upfront, it will bring years of listening pleasure and enjoyment to our family. It puts a smile on my face every time I see and use it. There were some issues with getting it set up but Dave personally came over after work and spent a fair amount of time helping to get it set up correctly. I can not say enough about Dave and his crew. His expertise and products are top notch and can manage to fit entry level components to state of the art under one roof. I highly recommend Dave's Digital. You will be treated right and they we listen to your needs and offer suggestions with sales and service and make sure you are totally satisfied.

If payment is not made as agreed, Seller can remove said equipment and materials at the Seller's expense. Any damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of the seller. This paragraph in the contact were not agreeable to me. Imagine a plumber or election coming back into your home and ripping out the pipe or electrical wires if there is a Job problem and payment is being with held until fixed. I don't trust this company. My take away is that the have too many unsatisfying customers that did not pay due to unsatisfactory work. My personal conjecture.

I spent a week trying various software and hardware fixes on my own before having the sense to bring it to Microworx, where they pretty much instantly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully the technician listened to my explanation of exactly what the symptoms were, which of course might have had something to do with why he was able to repair everything so effectively. Beyond that, they left me an incredibly detailed voicemail message explaining exactly what had caused the problem and how to fix it if it ever happens again. Beyond that, when I got home I discovered that my entire computer (keyboard, screen, etc) was cleaner than I ever remember seeing it. Beyond that, the price was extremely reasonable, and less than they had led me to expect. I had a terrible experience here 20 years ago and have refused to patronize them since. Of course all of the personnel are different now, and I am so glad I finally gave them another chance. I am absolutely delighted with this place.

I never really noticed this place before, probably because I wasn't painting at the time. I recently took up, watercolor, and brought all my stuff up here, but needed a few extra supplies. During my first visit, I noticed they had a workshop on that upcoming Saturday, and I eagerly signed up for it. It was an all-day workshop with Paul Taylor, and he was an INCREDIBLE instructor. Even though I had taken classes for three months before we left Texas, I learned so much from him in that one day. The class focused on doing one painting from beginning to end, and you would think an seven hour day would be too much for one painting, but it was absolutely perfect. It allowed us to take our time and allowed time for him to explain every move and assist us as we painted. Now about the shop... What a jewel! It is very well stocked, and had almost everything I needed, except for a couple of paint colors. But to top it off, the owner was working the day I visited, and she was so incredibly helpful. She walked around and helped me find everything I needed, and we had a wonderful visit while I was there. I returned again on another day when a young woman was working, and she was equally as helpful and enjoyable. When we come up here next year, I think I'm going to base our visits around the classes they offer. I would love to take the watercolor class that they offer that goes on for several weeks. If you consider yourself even remotely, creative and artistic, skip Hobby Lobby, and Michaels and support this wonderful local establishment.

Told the person calling to have management review my complaint letter and call me back. No response. This used to be a great little place that I frequented for years. I ended up ordering my prints with a very short window for them to ship in time and I misunderstood the site and chose hard copy proofs without taking a second to realize that hard copy proofs also have a shipping time (duh on my part). However when I emailed them asking to change the proof method, not only did they do it with no issues, they also responded to my email very quickly and very kindly. When I later also received hard copies in the mail (I'm assuming they had already shipped out before I asked to change the proof method, or there was a shipping cost involved that they wanted to not steal from me) they did come considerably damaged. To me it's no harm no foul, they are proofs and are essentially extra to my order + the print quality on them despite the shipping damage was very good. This made me more worried about my full order as I spent a large amount of $ on them after spending weeks trying to pick a printing company. But, when I emailed yet again, they responded to me by apologizing about the proofs and then telling me how my full order was in much more secure packaging. I'll be receiving my order this Friday, so I have yet to know if they will come unharmed. Overall, I think CatPrint is a pretty good service for small artists like myself doing art sales. The prints are definitely not full archival quality but they are definitely good enough for people like me. On top of that they were incredibly helpful in helping me fix various issues, one of which was entirely my fault, without making me feel like a burden. I do think they need to package their proofs better by at the very least placing a piece of cardboard as a backing in the envelope. In a world of big companies like Amazon, it's nice to be able to support a small business run by real people. I hope to use them in the future.

I'm updating my review because I really tried to like them after I supported them for YEARS prior. I began using them a while back and a year ago I began using them again but my backings were wonky. I gaslit myself saying it's because they're a small company and learning pains ya-da-ya-da-ya-da. I thought they had gotten their stuff together but it doesn't seem like they have which is wild because the $ I give you doesn't come out of thin air. I see so many artists using them on social media. They keep advertising themselves to artists and making themselves a go to business FOR artists and their prints but the quality in printing is not ideal if you want quality nor is the shipping handled correctly. On top of that, Their go to is "usps handles packages how they handle it and we have no input in that". I'm aware of shipping companies and their notorious ways of handling packages, that's a given. But the prints are packaged and damaged in transit due to the poor packaging on their end which is INSANE because you pay as much for the shipping as you do for prints at times. If I'm paying you for a service out of my hard earned $, I expect to not have headaches and for you not give me any more. I assume you will facilitate the process on your own. How are you servicing others while messing up print colors and having artists calibrate for you when they don't have calibrated monitors ? We can't see what you see on YOUR end? Don't other humans I'm the company SEE these prints before they go out that they don't match the original artwork colors? Any regular Joe will be grateful to get their stuff printed here but if you're looking for specialized prints for collectors and artwork, this is never going to be that place ,unfortunately. 1 Star for Kathy.
