We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

One of their estimators, Chad, came out nearly a month ago. He did his measurements, he gave us a bid (around 11K) and we accepted the bid. We jumped through a hundred hoops to secure the financing from the gutter finance company they use, but we finally got that done. I sweated a bucket to get this ready to go, and it's been nearly a month now. Chad came out today and informed us that oops, I made a little goof, and we want $4500.00 MORE to do your job. I was absolutely...crushed. There are ONLY 2 options for how this happened: (1) Bellwether is a bunch of crooks. In an industry rife with high-pressure clowns who are known to do damn-near anything to steal more from consumers, only a moron would not accept the possibility that Bellwether fits into this category. The ONLY other possibility is (2) Gross Incompetence. Chad told me he recalculated his bid for 900 s.f. of siding at TWO squares, when in fact it would take NINE squares. That's a substantial oops... Their Director of Sales guy called with a song and dance about an "honest mistake", but apparently their "honor" only goes so far, he offered to eat just half of their 100% mistake. NO DEAL. So, you've been warned. This process wasted a MONTH of my time and energy, with a minor ding to my credit rating because of an inquiry from their shoddy finance company. If you like the idea of wasting your time and getting the run-around, give these jokers a whirl. Just don't say you weren't warned.

They replaced nearly all of our wood windows--around 27 in total--and the installation was flawless. The installation team, Sterling and Tyson, were especially considerate, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. They took great care in ensuring everything was done right, leaving our home looking beautiful and making the entire process smooth and worry-free. In today's world, it's so refreshing to find a company that not only delivers a fantastic product but also goes above and beyond with excellent follow-through. Gravina's Windows Denver truly stands out in this regard, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of window replacement. Fire investigators concluded that a gas fireplace vent was improperly installed during the siding work. When we used our fireplace that fall, the vent failed to exhaust correctly, causing heat to build up inside the wall cavity and igniting a fire. The photos attached show the vent missing during installation, added later, and the fire damage concentrated around that location. Our family has been displaced from our home since late 2025. We got sick from smoke and debris inhalation and are still dealing with the health effects. It is now June 2026 and we still don't know when we'll be able to safely return. No contractor should leave a family in this position. The project's permits were never finalized and the required final inspection was never completed before the work was closed out. Following the fire investigator's report, our insurance company is pursuing legal action against Gravina's. If you hire this company, verify every permit is finalized and every inspection is signed off, especially any work near gas lines or venting, before you make final payment.

As far as we know so far, the quality of the work was fine. However, workers broke two of our paver tiles when tossing the old roofing materials off the roof onto the ground. Dylan assured us he would replace the tiles. Weeks went by without him offering suitable options, then months. Frustrated with this lack of progress, I offered to help look for paver tiles, which Dylan took for an excuse to continue to sit back and do nothing. Up until this point, I gave Dylan deposit checks on the spot and made online progress payments immediately when requested. I decided to withhold additional payments until the broken paver tiles were replaced, however, thinking the unpaid amount would encourage the company to finally finish the job. Instead of motivating Accurate America to complete the project, though, they instead sent emails threatening to turn us over to collections. I stated our position that the job wasn't done given the failure of Dylan to replace the tiles; that I would be more than happy, even eager, to send them the final payment when that occurred. Fast forward another month with no tile replacement. Now Dylan threatens to file a lien against our home unless the invoice - less $500 for the tiles, which he finally admits he has no intention of replacing - is paid. I'm no lawyer, but this feels an awful lot like extortion to me. So the end result: Accurate America got their money. We got stuck with replacing the paver tiles Accurate America broke and never replaced.
