We started looking at various companies before the peak time hit and received quotes from three places. Artisan came in with an extremely competitive price and I'm not going to lie, it made me a little nervous. I had read the reviews for Artisan on Yelp so I reached out to a couple of my fellow Yelpers to ask them about their satisfaction with the company. I knew they wouldn't fail me and of course, they didn't. We chose to go with Artisan and we were able to get scheduled surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, the day came and rain was in the forecast. When the two gentlemen showed up, they said they would only be able to do the indoor part of the work and would schedule to come back in the next day or two to finish. Thankfully, the weather held so they forged ahead and were able to get everything done. (Just in the nick of time too because the heavens opened up only minutes after they left!) The next few days were cool so we weren't able to test it out but then the heatwave hit and we were as cool as cucumbers! The gentlemen who came were extremely pleasant and they worked fast and efficiently. I'm very happy with the service we received from Artisan and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. #ServiceStarShoutOut

I had called Trane parts only to find out Air Flex gave them the wrong serial number. I sent a copy of the warranty to Trane parts and they called Air Flex to tell them item was under warranty and parts can be picked up. I was doing most of the work for Air Flex in terms of admin work. The work was completed the next day and a mess and garbage was left behind for my husband to clean up. NOT PLEASE AT ALL. DON'T RECOMMEND.

With a team of folks working the in-take calls, I was impressed with Kim's friendliness and thorough attention to detail. She proactively told me what to expect with the service call and re the timing, and followed-up with emails that provided photos of the technicians who would be visiting (great safety precaution). Zahir and La Aung were my plumbers and I felt comforted by Zahir's friendly and thorough explanation of how they would undertake the job. He promptly provided me with a quote before starting the necessary work. The job seemed reasonably priced, particularly since it was in a very awkwardly cramped space (with a pipe leak behind the HVAC). They made no complaints at all about the awkward space and conducted their work efficiently. Payment was a breeze with their mobile tablet (that accepts credit card payments) and he had me check my satisfaction with their work before processing payment. Zahir also pointed out some redundant piping that he discovered that could be addressed prophylactically to prevent similar issues in the future and the office provided me a written quote for that work. Hoerner also agreed they would come back again (at no charge) if there were any issues with the work done today. Derek from their Heating (HVAC) team also came by to help with some questions I had about the gas lines, and even helped me restart the pilot light in my gas fireplace. Super friendly.
