Basement had to be excavated, pipes replaced, holes filled, basement cleaned up as best as the could. They were efficient, came each day 15 minutes early and worked most of the day. They were working with a company called Contractor Pass to do the plumbing work on my bathroom in October 25 2023. I was quoted $600+tax ($678) Sent payment of $678 to Josh via e-transfer per his request on October 25 2023. On November 8th 2023 they attempted to send an invoice of $644.67 to my building's property manager. I showed Josh the email chain, and he forwarded it to Laura asking her to remove the invoice which she confirmed. No one knows where this lower amount came from. Feb 06 2025, 2 years later, some guy named Kris from YYZ calls asking for money. I forward the email chain to him and he apologized. April 30 2025, a woman who claimed to be from YYZ called asking for money, claiming that a NEW invoice was generated in February 2025. I explained I have not hired YYZ in 2 years and to please figure out their record keeping issue. They apologized again and seemingly left me alone. Aug 19 2026, the company has sent a brand new invoice for $3866.30 demanding payment from an address I've never been when I haven't used them. I will see what the best options are for reporting this as fraud. I highly recommend not using this company and to keep all commmunications in writing. I do not recommend hiring this company. This was a big complicated job for a 100 year old house where the basement hadn't been touched in 100 years. The job included removal of the old concrete and walls, new drainage, waterproofing, sump pump, crawlspace excavation, and a new concrete slab with hydronic infloor heating. Just as the job started we had a family emergency that kept us extremely stressed, busy, and away from home for days at a time. Nazar said "leave it to me" and took care of everything. His crew, including Andrew, are extremely knowledgeable, hard working (I mean really hard working!), and completely trustworthy good guys. They did an outstanding job, handling all of the inevitable complications (city drain that needed clearing, permit issues, last minute change in design from the engineer) - keeping me posted but not asking for anything from me. There are probably other companies that can do this work, but I doubt you'll find one run by someone with the honesty, standards, and integrity that Nazar has.

We also had additional quotes like most people on here, but found Naz to be very well spoken. We live in an older home and had to tackle everything when it comes to a complete Reno a step at a time. Naz and his crew completely rebuilt our ancient drain system and all did all the waterproofing inside our home. Our basement looked so much better than it originally did. We also built a bathroom in the basement and had to build everything from scratch. It took a bit longer than anticipated but the end result is worth the wait. We are looking forward to finishing our basement with these guys and finally enjoying living in our older home.
