Waza Home Comfort looked like the best place to suit our needs, and I can now say that Waza is a terrific service to turn to for all of your HVAC needs! Stephen, our consultant, was very clear and direct in his explanations, and went over all of the financials with us. Buying a furnace is no joke, and lightens your bank account considerably. Living off the grid was looking very tempting, but Stephen walked us through the process of applying for a government grant for our new, energy efficient heat pump. We were successful, and received the grant, which lightened our load. When it came time to do the actual technical work, our technicians, Arek and Brad, were top notch. There was another technician, whose name I didn't get, and he was great too. They showed us how everything works, how to use our new thermostat, and explained how to arrange proper servicing or our new furnace and heat pump/air conditioner. Bonus: they are OK with dogs!! We have two friendly but large dogs, and the guys weren't afraid! Our home is warm now, thanks to WAZA, They helped us every step of the way to a climate controlled house, and know how to handle people who are stressed because the furnace dies. Shout out to Stephen, Arek, Brad and the other technician who was with them on the first couple of days. We are really happy!

Excellent customer service right from the initial phone call!…read more During one of the coldest days last week we realized that our furnace was having an issue. We knew the company that originally installed it three years ago was no longer in business so we had to find someone new... and quick! I can only imagine how busy HVAC companies are at this time of year but he woman who answered the phone at Rodman's was very friendly, personable and assigned our call to a tech quicker that I expected. Within a couple of hours he was at our door appropriately protected with PPE (because this is the world we live in now). Thankfully it was a minor issue and he was in and out within 12 minutes!! Not that I'm hoping for (or anticipating) any issues in the near future but I would definitely call Rodman's again.

Not impressed with their recent service call on my hotwater heater…read more Valled them for service on my water tank. Was not getting hot water. Tech arrived and checked the rank, was told i needed to replace the mixing valve, something they don't do even though was told when placing the service call they did service water tanks. Along with their diagnosis they red flagged the exhaust vent on the tank and told it was not in compliance and he would have to red tag the exhaust which meant I had to replace it within a given time or the system would be shut off as well would affect my insurance coverage. The tank was installed by Reliance several years ago and was probably in compliance then. I checked online if in fact it was in compliance at anytime and found out that it is a system still used for high efficiency units. They cause me unnecessary replacement charges of $500 as well as their $180 service call charge. When contacting Button's I dealt with their manager Erin and he confirmed the exhaust was legal and would only refund the $180 service call charge and since their manager Erin didn't service the exhaust they would NOT refund the charge even though they were responsible for the additional cost. It seemed as though the created a problem so they can repair it and charge for something unnecessary. Not impressed with their customer service and the way the problem was handled. Although this a mistake on their part, they would not pay for their mistake. Mike N.

Sad I'm finding out after 4 years, wish I did more research before getting in with this mess!! After 4 years the pay out amount was given is around $8300 BUT they still won't change the lien amount $12600. Only choice I left is to pay out to get out of this mess! Are you kidding me? I was home with my phone on and nothing. Loser probably went home or out with friends instead of helping a tired mother who has to get up early to go to work! Yes, I do my job. I want to make it clear that he didn't show up and should not be paid but no one is calling back. Do NOT use this company. When I call they apologize but do NOTHING! My gas hot water heater at my home in Whitby was leaking water in the basement. I contacted DCB,…read more and they were able to direct me as to how to shut off my main water supply to stop the pressure into my water heater. DCB facilitated a crew to come out to my home within a couple of hours and they confirmed that the water heater had an internal leak and would need replacement. DCB was able to provide me with a quote on a new power vented 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater and installation at that same time. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous, and put down red carpet drop sheets all the way through to my furnace room. The installation was completed in an efficient and timely matter, and my hot water was restored!! I can't say enough about the service I experienced from DCB , and I will recommend to my family and friends!!
