We started looking at various companies before the peak time hit and received quotes from three places. Artisan came in with an extremely competitive price and I'm not going to lie, it made me a little nervous. I had read the reviews for Artisan on Yelp so I reached out to a couple of my fellow Yelpers to ask them about their satisfaction with the company. I knew they wouldn't fail me and of course, they didn't. We chose to go with Artisan and we were able to get scheduled surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, the day came and rain was in the forecast. When the two gentlemen showed up, they said they would only be able to do the indoor part of the work and would schedule to come back in the next day or two to finish. Thankfully, the weather held so they forged ahead and were able to get everything done. (Just in the nick of time too because the heavens opened up only minutes after they left!) The next few days were cool so we weren't able to test it out but then the heatwave hit and we were as cool as cucumbers! He is very professional, answered my calls and got back to me promptly. He also worked around my schedule to arrange an appointment that was convenient for me. He was upfront about the cost and process, and took his time with his investigation. It did not feel like a rushed visit. In terms of his professionalism, I would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with his work. He was able to successfully rule out the actuator valve as the issue, but was incorrect with his diagnosis. He believed it to be the temperature of the water supply to the building, which turned out to be incorrect. I ended up having to go through my building's contractor, who traced the issue back to the control panel. Again, Sam was extremely professional but ultimately was unable to resolve the issue for me - which is why I would not go with him again.

(I took his word and it was also an emergency) It took months to get the warranty papers on this. With many calls and texts.
