When I followed up again, I was told there may be other issues that would require additional costs and that the problem was not their responsibility, with the implication that I did not know how to operate a gas fireplace. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, especially since the issue started immediately after their repair and remains unresolved. He was not only an excellent technician but also a life saver. My 30 something years old furnace stopped working earlier this evening and the temperature in the house kept dropping. The hvac guy I used before didn't respond so I reached out to a couple of hvac companies in the area and I was worried that I might not get a response tonight, not to mention to get someone to come in to fix it. Long story short, Bulot responded to me almost immediately and within an hour he was at my door. He was very knowledgeable while being super friendly. When the two gentlemen arrived (they were very polite and professional) they weren't sure what they were at the house for - it was all very confusing and unsettling. Almost $1000 later (which seemed a bit excessive for sealer and fluid).....the system is still broken and they are refusing to do anything about it - and instead suggested replacing both ACs. The whole thing seems a bit sticky to me and I'm not interested in engaging them at all. I live in a townhome complex in the college/Dovercourt area and many of my neighbours have chosen not to use them and instead have provided their own referrals. #frustrating
