They were pet owners too, which just adds to our cleaning. We had to go with the Silver Package due to our budget but we'll definitely be in touch in a couple years for the full package. The work they did was very thorough on our vents and when I explained a problem area within our air return they made sure to concentrate their efforts to clear it of all debris. It took a couple attempts at clearing the vent because of the wires that had accumulated the pet hair and everything else but they were able to get it.

Secondly, I want to talk about their communication. I reached out to them about HVAC maintenance/regular duct cleaning for our house via their website and I got a response SUPER quickly (my email timestamps say within 3 minutes!!) The email communications to explain what we needed and the requirements they had to access our house were super clear and it was incredibly easy to schedule a timeframe for the team to come. I even had to reschedule a couple times and Michelle, whom I was emailing with, was very professional and very quick on making sure we had an appointment set with them. Day of, the service team sent me a text about an hour before their arrival to let me know their ETA so we were ready to see them at the door. Super helpful for us while working from home so we could anticipate the visit. Thirdly, the actual service. We just moved into our house and found mold in the basement walls so beyond routine duct cleaning, we did need some extra treatment for the mold and cleaning. The cleaning team came by and chatted with my husband about what exactly we wanted and they clearly walked us through the pricing for all the cleaning and work they were going to do. While my new washer and dryer *technically* fit in my…read morelaundry closet, the way the dryer vent came out of the back took up too much space, and kept me from being able to shut the closet door. Vik and his team were great. After an initial FaceTime consult, his team came out and were able to change the dryer duct to the side vent, which the allowed us to push the washer and dryer all the way back in the closet. They were knowledgeable and polite, and addressed all my questions and concerns. The dryer has worked perfectly ever since. The only surprise was an additional $160 fee for tight spaces (which wasn't included in the original quote). So heads up if this applies to you.
