We had, what we thought was a small leak in our furnace, on Sunday. I left an online request. I received a call back early Monday morning and a technician was at our home before noon. Unfortunately there was a larger problem and the furnace needed major repairs or replacement. We received a quote for repairs that same day and a were provided with options and costs for a replacement the next day. We chose to replace, due to the age of our furnace.
