As soon as I walk in the door and am greeted by his lovely staff, I start to relax. They are as kind as they are professional. Dr. Peterson is smart, knowledgeable, competent, and always a pleasure to chat with. Except when I'm high on nitrous. At that point, I put in my earbuds, let him do his work, and am always delighted with the results. I have lots of anxiety and post traumatic symptoms from years of dental treatment. I was made to feel at ease even in the waiting room. Dr. Conway is absolutely the only Dentist that I've met that cares about mental health. I work in the mental health field where we allow clients to be in the driver's seat. This is what Dr. Conway does. He allows you to be the one to make the decisions and to say how you feel about the type of care that you're given. I was never once insulted or reprimanded for my lack of good oral hygiene. I take full responsibility for my negligence. Dr. Conway takes full responsibility at staying nonjudgmental and super gentle and careful while treating me. I had to have a crown removed and thought it was going to be a lot more problematic. Dr. Conway was able to remove it with very little discomfort and I am going to go back. I recommend him as a dentist!! Kudos to his amazing assistant and office staff. If you're like me and you are nervous about seeing a dentist after three or more years, check him out. I don't have dental insurance but I do have care-credit and it's working out great! You could ask any questions. The office staff are extremely caring and wonderful.

The front desk receptionist / scheduler scheduled me a veneer specialist. In fact, I SPECIFICALLY was CLEAR w/the office that I needed a veneer SPECIALIST. She confirmed this. My Appointment was scheduled for Wed Feb 11, 2026 at 12p PST. Ogdan calls me at 10am (Waking me up because I have medical insomnia since My Military Service) and states "Hello, this is Jennifer at Orban Dental. I am reaching out to you because you are scheduled today at 12pm to discuss veneers. Our front office put you with a provider that does not regularly do veneers, but we do have an opening a little earlier at 10:40am with the doctor that does cosmetic cases. Would that earlier time work for you? -Orban Family Dental -Orban Family Dental" My Thoughts: The Receptionist / Scheduler 100% knew I needed to see someone SPECIFICALLY for Veneers AND I double-checked w/this front desk lady, and yet this office is contradicting themselves & claiming the OPPOSITE (This is a RED FLAG!). I asked if they could get me in with another specialist (Since they got it totally wrong even though I DOUBLE-CHECKED after they initially scheduled me with a specialist), and she said not until the 17th, which is nearly a week from now. Again, 1) The office lady ORIGINALLY scheduled me a veneer specialist AND 2) I specifically DOUBLE-CHECKED that the individual they scheduled me with was a veneer specialist. THEN, to make matters, worse they send me a random *LAST-MINUTE* text to cancel My Appointment without My Authorization! SAME-DAY they wrote: "We have been unable to reach you, so we are canceling your appt for now. -Orban Family Dental" So because I had not immediately responded to their text, they are randomly canceling My Appointment?! I had cleared My Calendar to be able to MAKE it to their Appointment! I had it scheduled for over a week / well in-ADVANCE! I explained all of this to them and she suggested that I come in in 30 minutes at "10:40am" (Note: I was in bed (Due to insomnia from the Military Service) when she wrote me all of this sleeping - her message actually woke me up), and when I agreed to, she unrealistically said, "Prior to your appointment, Please complete your new patient forms here: https://mdnt.io/e/qntWX55yE0 If you would rather complete your forms in the office, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. -Orban Family Dental" I said, "Canceling my appointment and then offering a last-minute appointment and expecting me to fill out all this paperwork at the very last minute?? Totally unrealistic. God bless you guys good luck." You cannot POSSIBLY expect someone to get this done when you cancel / change all of this last minute and are giving them literally only 30 minutes to get from their home to your appointment while they are still in BED! I hadn't even brushed My Teeth yet. She just cancelled & rescheduled last minute and then unrealistically expected me to fill out all of this paperwork, as well?! It physically can NOT be done! VERY UNREALISTIC. So: 1) INCOMPETENCE 2) INCONSISTENCY 3) UNPROFESSIONAL 4) UNREALISTIC 0-STAR

Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Basically gave me a, "Oh well. Pay us the $300." Will never return here.

I tried to talk and was ignored. I find this very unprofessional and unethical. Anything that we agree upon before the start of a treatment should be honored even if one of the parties decided to change terms at some point. Very very disappointed. I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

The more frustrating aspect is we got charged over $50 for a comprehensive exam because insurance only allows a comprehensive exam once every two years. But the previous comprehensive exam (done within the last two years) was done by a different dentist, so insurance would cover their compressive exam. They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.
