If he ever gets tired of being a dentist and goes on to pursue other interests, I'll just let me teeth rot. It will be impossible to find someone to replace him.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dr. Weigand is kind, personable, and great at what he does. I have a wonderful experience every time I go in. Dr. Weigand uses state of the art equipment to identify problems early, and fix them quickly. He frequently utilizes lasers in his practice. Obviously it is at the doctors discretion when it is used so no promises on having this technology used on you, but for shallow cavities the doctor was able to use a laser device to remove and fill the cavities without having to numb me. It was awesome! Instead of being in there for an hour and not being able to eat for the next few hours, I was in and out in about 25 minutes and had nothing preventing normal eating or drinking. There was a cold sensation associated with the use of the device but there wasn't any pain. I'm sure the experience can differ from person to person and cavity to cavity, but it was amazing technology. While he is a bit on the pricey side, if you have good dental insurance I would highly suggest seeing Dr. Weigand. The time and care that is taken to ensure your mouth is in good health won't leave you disappointed.

She started fighting with me when I said I got tension headaches, to which she explained that headaches aren't real, only migraines. When I explained the difference, she snapped at me and said I was wrong. I spoke up for my self in a respectful manner and asked to speak to someone else, and was told I wouldn't work out with them and to get a new referral. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation. I like Dr. Judd personally, and the quality of care is good here, but the office experience is something else. I don't want to be billed an estimate for care on my way out the door on the date of service. I want to be billed for the ACTUAL amount I owe after my insurance has adjusted the bill. I realise that causes my dentist to have to wait for his payment, but doing it his way makes more work and headache for me and potentially allows him to keep money he didn't earn if I don't follow up when I receive the Explanation Of Benefits document or whatever it's called from my insurance company later. This is NOT how I am billed for my other medical care when I see a physician, and I'm not doing it at the dentist's office, either. I tried to woek this out with them but they were unflinchingly rigid about it and so I'm taking my business elsewhere. After nearly 20 years. I already found a different dentist who will bill me based on the actual adjusted bill after the date of service and that's who I'm going with. Sorry guys.
