I got referred to Dr. Weigand by my amazing fiancé, she's been going here for about 6 years. She's had no complaints and talked about how great they were. I thought I'd give them a chance. I personally have had low self esteem issues and never really took care of my self till recently. I have had tooth pain and mouth pain for over 10 years and when I saw other dentists they always talked down to me and weren't very sympathetic. So I just dealt with pain, learned to not smile and got only extractions. When I met Dr. Weigand and his team they were very sympathetic and knew what I was going through. They came up with a great game plan and always had great answers for my questions. I told them we had a wedding coming up and they got me in right away and we got the front cosmetic teeth done. We have a plan for the rest of my teeth after the wedding. Dr. Weigand office has hi tech equipment and it made getting X-rays done easier, they used vibration with the local anesthesia then my procedure went by really quick and relatively pain free. I don't know where to begin with this place! First and foremost, this is hands down the best office I've ever been to. My first visit I went in to talk about getting veneers because I absolutely hated my teeth, never smiled and I had my wedding coming up soon so I wanted to get them fixed as straightened out. Well I left in tears because I couldn't afford all the veneers across my front teeth or the second option they had with just a couple veneers BUT later that day I got a call from Sharon (she's awesome) telling me that they had a third option for me that was right in my price range! So we got it scheduled. I didn't know what the outcome was going to look like but I put all my faith and trust into Dr Weigand and it was the best thing I could've ever done!! After today, once again I left in tears but this time with such happy tears!!!! I have STRAIGHT, WHITE, SHINY and BEAUTIFUL teeth that I'm not afraid to show anymore!! Need a dentist - look no further than Dr. Weigand and his staff. The office is state of the art but also relaxing, headphones with your choice of music are available or watch TV during your appointment. We're all so busy and Dr. Weigand values your time just as much as he values his own. You're greeted by name as soon as you walk in the door. In the past 15+ years I have not once had a late appointment start. If you're having a treatment and are told it will take one hour - thats's exactly how long it takes. So with appointments running on time you can go ahead and schedule the rest of your day. Reminders of appointments are plentiful if you choose. After a treatment, i.e. crown prep Dr. Weigand calls you personally the same day just to check in and see how you're doing and if you have any questions. Yes, the Dr. does it himself. Talk about a group of professionals who deserve a round of applause and a few trophies... and even that doesn't cut it. Dr. Richard D. Weigand, DDS and staff provide conscientious first rate service and education for their patients. Feeling comfortable and well cared for is an understatement as to how I feel every time I'm present for an appointment. Doctor is very careful and wise to explain and teach while he works with his patients... extremely accommodating. The workings of the entire office is organized to the point that there is zero wait time. The patients Insurance company is informed and managed. The appointments are timely. At present, I have been seeing Dr. Weigand for a sleep apnea mouth piece to replace the cumbersome unwieldy CPAP machine with all it's accompanying parts that constantly need replacement. Another great experience at Dr Weigand's office. I had to return to address old fillings that my father, who was my dentist at the time and remove 3 and address a new deep cavity, unfortunately. I had neve received or experienced the technology of the laser and the technique in which applying local to thoroughly numb the area in preparation for the procedure on my deeper cavity. His staff is clearly skilled, personable, and of course the same of Dr Weigand himself! Very professional. Coming from one who's own father was my dentist for most of my chid and early adult life, this is certainly the best experience Ive had since! I have been a patient of Dr Weigand for about 2 years now. My previous dentist had sold their business to a new dentist who decided all of a sudden that I needed A LOT of work, 3 crowns etc... I wanted a new dentist that was very experienced and would not look at my teeth as a gold mine. Dr Weigand carefully looked at my dental needs and I ended up with one crown and one large filling. Most amazing office I've ever been to! I have a family of five including teenagers that love the office very friendly staff! Whether it's a crown or feelings or even just a cleaning they take the time for those added little comfort that we all enjoy! They listen when you talk to them, they give you breaks throughout the process a comfy blanket music, they're fast but experienced and leave you feeling like you've been to the spa. All I needed was a foot rub and I'm sure I would've had a nap too!! Since they were able to detect the cavities early with their advanced technology, they were able to use a laser to get rid of my cavities.
