Been going here for a couple of years now and have nothing but great things to say. The staff at…read moreLegacy are gentle, genuine, and great at what they do! I've had a couple of filings replaced, a partial repaired, and exams/cleanings. Everything was explained, no surprises, and they are quick and efficient (no sitting in the chair for eternity waiting for someone). Love it, love it, love it!

I went to Legacy Dental after hearing good things about them but my experience was far from good…read more Throughout the process I was not well informed concerning the cost of treatment and what my insurance would cover. I originally went in for a cleaning but they did so many other initial tests and diagnostics that they ran out of time to clean my teeth and had to reschedule. I did have a few cavities that needed to be addressed (definitely not their fault) and they scheduled those. The cost of care was expensive and by the time they finished the fillings they were "unable" to do my cleaning because they had used all of my insurance money and I would have had to pay over $700 just for a cleaning. And that is on top of the nearly $500 I had already paid after insurance. I was very frustrated that my estimate of care didn't even come close to matching what my final bill was nor was I given the option to choose the cleaning over the fillings before my insurance ran out for the year. I won't be returning and I will let my friends and family know that this is not the practice for them if they are looking for affordable care and good communication.

I was very disappointed with this dentistry clinic because they initially accepted my insurance. In…read morethe middle of my treatment they cancel their contract with my insurance but didn't communicate with several patients. At the end, I was charged way more than the agreed amount. I tried to talk and was ignored. I find this very unprofessional and unethical. Anything that we agree upon before the start of a treatment should be honored even if one of the parties decided to change terms at some point. Very very disappointed. I work very hard to pay all my bills in time, and to be caught with a "surpise" additional bill was not fair to me or any other patients that were in the same position.

This place is alright. Friendly front desk. Hygienist were OK and dentist was nice, but…read moreconversations were just a little awkward and neither my wife and I were ever comfortable. The more frustrating aspect is we got charged over $50 for a comprehensive exam because insurance only allows a comprehensive exam once every two years. But the previous comprehensive exam (done within the last two years) was done by a different dentist, so insurance would cover their compressive exam. They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.
