I pulled over and liquid was spraying everywhere over the engine. I added water, said a prayer, and endured a white knuckle ride along steep mountain roads with nowhere to pull over and no cell service. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in Gatlinburg where the rest of the coolant poured out of the car into the parking lot. I called Tony the next morning after checking out their reviews and he told me to drop the car off which I did at 10 AM. A few how hours later he had it diagnosed as a burned hole in a coolant hose caused by rubbing against the radiator due to poor design. I authorized fixing it and by 2 o'clock he had me back on the road for an extremely fair price. You do not want to pay dealer prices and these guys are very reasonable. I worked in a mechanics shop for 20 years so I know honest mechanics and Tony and Jim are it. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville take it here. Seeing that they were open until 10:00pm, I was able to carefully drive to their facility. They said they would look at my car first thing in the morning. I couldn't believe they would be open and working on Memorial day. I rented one of their autos and made it back to the hotel. I returned the next morning and they already had started working on what might be wrong. Dennis, the lead mechanic was wonderful to work with. Dennis said enjoy Pigeon Forge and we will call you as soon as we know what the problem was. At10:00 am I got a call that it was what I thought it was the transmission. I was given several options and they went above and beyond. In fact they found a transmission near by and gave a check to an employee who lived near the supply business to pick up the transmission on his way to work. Again this is Memorial Day and as we enjoyed our day in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as they removed the transmission in preparation to install first thing Tuesday. We again enjoyed the next day and got a call from Dennis at 1:00pm that our car was. They went over everything and kept me informed every step of the way. We didn't loose a day and even though we thought we were gonna be stranded way past the holiday weekend, this company went above and beyond to make sure everything worked into our schedule. My Nissan Titan was totaled and I bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent. I went in and spoke to Dylan and asked would they be able to service it or should I take it to the dealership. He said they would be able to service it and said if it's something they cannot then they can make recommendations like the dealership.
