Due to my anxiety about dentistry and trust in medical professionals, I was taken advantage of for years at this office. This dentist will scrutinize your insurance and then convince you to have unnecessary procedures so that he can secure as much of your insurance money as possible. For example-he convinced us to redo an already existing crown that had no issues simply because it was old. I questioned him about it, and he admitted that it was not medically necessary. That was the last time my husband and I ever had anything to do with this office. Additionally, his skills are outdated and his equipment is antiquated. His skill level was discovered by my new dentist that was mortified at the quality of his work that she saw when she examined both my husband and my teeth. We have since found a competent dentist, and are astonished at the difference an actual modern, smart, kind dentist is actually like. It is entirely my fault that this happened to me and my husband. I should have been more diligent, less trusting, and more questioning. I'm glad I finally got wind of what was going on and urge anyone contemplating getting work done here to please seek other dentists. There are many choices and you only have so many teeth. It is clear that this dentist does not care about his patients and their dental health. He cares about how to use each patient as a commodity which I feel is unethical and fraudulent.

My grandmother on the other hand hates dentists but would still go to Dr. Roberts. She was NOT an easy patient but Dr. Roberts treated her with kindness and respect. His staff would spend extra time getting her teeth cleaned just right since she would forget to brush and floss regularly. We would recommend Dr. Roberts and his staff to anyone.

At our long-time dentists' referral, I took my 14 yo daughter in for a consultation, and to have…read moreher 4 wisdom teeth removed. :-( Dr. Unhold's office is clean, attractive and comfortably large. The staff is very professional and friendly, very quick and efficient. The consult was Friday, and we scheduled surgery for Monday morning. Our appointment was at 10:50am, and we were driving away (minus the 4 teeth) at 11:55. She had nitrous and general anesthesia, and Rx for Vicodin and Ibuprofen. The Dr. also made sure she had a long-lasting *local* anesthetic, so she'd stay numb all afternoon, giving me plenty of time to get her home on the couch, and then back out to fill the Rx before she felt any pain. She was sore for most of a week, but healed up very well, and is very happy to have it behind her. Dr. Unhold was extremely friendly, nice, helpful, definitely put us both at-ease. The office called to check up on her that evening and to see if we had any questions. I've already recommended their office to one or two other people with upcoming dental work. My only criticism was that I'm accustomed to going with my kids until they're "in the chair" and being able to sit with them as they wake up. I wasn't allowed on this visit, although maybe if I'd requested it or pushed a little, it would have been ok. As it was, a nurse came out to walk me through her care after a few minutes, and then Dr. Unhold came out after about 30-40 minutes to let me know how it all went. It was just an hour when they asked me to drive around back to help escort her out to the car. If I'd known the office was going to be so quick, I wouldn't have been as concnered about being there with her while she was waiting... I don't think she must have had any waiting (anxiety) time at all! Thanks all, I'm a happy mom.

My grand daughter had her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Leah Walker. Other than hearing about a…read morelack of communication with Dr. Walker, everything seemed fine. After her treatment, her hygienist was alarmed at the bone loss on her lower anterior area. You could actually see the roots of her teeth through the thinness of her gums. She ended up needing a gum graft. The prognosis is poor. She had 9 mm of bone loss and has a good chance of losing her lower front teeth. She will need a bone graft and possible implants in her future. I was tempted to send her records of her orthodontic treatment to the American Association of Orthodontics. We realized there is a risk in all medical and dental procedures and did not pursue any action against Dr. Walker. Recently my grand daughter's lower retainer was discovered by another dentist to have been broken. She went back to Dr. Walker and we were shocked that not only did she not replace it, she charged for the repair. Now, one of her teeth is moving forward. Not good for teeth compromised already. My grand daughter has called their office 3 times over the last week. They have never returned her call. What has forced me to take the time to do this review is Dr. Walkers lack of empathy, compassion, communication, care and concern. She never once explained, apologized or inquired about this situation. The periodontist sent her all surgery reports, and photos. She never reached out to my grand daughter to express any care or concern. I deeply disappointed by Dr. Walker's treatment and what my grand daughter has to face in the future due to Dr. Walker's orthodontic treatment.

I went to Dr Mancheva for 2 years while I was in college. Every time I would go she would tell me I…read morehad several cavities. Seemed weird, on the count that I did not experience any pain, and I had good oral hygiene. I was sent to have 3 root canals under her care. I got a second opinion after she sent me out to receive a 4th root canal. My new dentist told me that it was a small cavity, no root canal needed. Dr. Mancheva knew that I was using my college scholarships to pay for any dental work I needed, and I really feel that she took advantage of that and unnecessarily filled my teeth as well as sent me to get root canals from a fellow dentist, of which I believe had to be in on her scheme as well. From my experience, not an honest dentist.
