Tailored Mechanical spent several hours diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem. Tailored Mechanical was able to determine that Chas Roberts wired the dampers to close when the blower turns on. Chas Roberts literally installed the wiring backwards when they installed the HVAC system in my new home in 2022. If it was not for the professionalism and expertise of Tailored Mechanical; I would still be purchasing blower motors, every year. I want to thank the owner and service technician for their help. In addition, they have the most reasonable rates and maintenance plan I have seen in Tucson. I am customer for life.

Last night my mom called and said her A/C was out and it was 87 degrees in her house. She spent the night with us and we called Alex first thing in the morning. We contacted them and they were prompt to send a service tech out to look over the issue. After the assessment, replacing the shower body (valve and cartridge) was necessary. Plus having to cut into either the tile and/or the drywall to get to the pipes, would be an additional cost with their contractor between $200-400. Because we thought we could replace the shower/tub set fixtures and cartridge ourselves, we bought the entire kit at Home Depot for the fraction of the cost they wanted to charge us for the set. Picture Rocks told us they would start the repair that morning and would have to come back that following Monday to complete the repair. Their estimated price was $1650 without the contractor's price. However, they were giving us credit for the set we purchased but they couldn't warranty it only their labor which was understandable. I called a family member who is a licensed HVAC and Plumbing company owner in Phoenix. To make sure we were getting a fair cost, he told us they were charging us way too much to replace and install the entire shower body. His company charges for that type of installation up to $800 with no issues. He was taken back by the estimate and told us to find another company. Needless to say, we found a fair, licensed and knowledgeable Plumber here on Yelp. We waited on his estimate and to our surprise, his price was significantly lower and in the same range of what our family member stated. Minus the dry wall repair, which we can do ourselves due to being a small square cut out and the price was fair. Therefore, due diligence is necessary in getting a fair price, even on a holiday weekend (Easter). Don't go with the first recommendation, in a long run, this will save you money.

They said it was probably a leak of refrigerant and they suggested putting dye into the system to determine where the leak was. We called them to come out again to check the leak and see if the dye could determine the location of the leak. It took him less than 15 minutes to find that the leak was on an outside pipe at ground level and not within the unit. The leak was between two pipes that were not properly fitted. We were quoted $1005 to fix the pipes. When we called the company for clarification of the quote, we were told that it was a "flat" rate fee and they refused to give an itemized list of what the repair would require. On top of that, we were charged $130 just for the tech to find the leak.
