I'm…read morein the middle of trying to renovate our 50-year-old house so it doesn't literally fall apart, and the list is... a lot New roof, insulation, crawl space cleaning and rodent proofing, windows (just finished), HVAC, siding, and paint--plus interior and yard work down the road. It's been financially overwhelming at times and honestly pretty stressful. Brian has been incredibly patient and helpful through all of this. He's worked with me to explore different options to help keep costs down, and he's really creative when it comes to finding lower-cost solutions that still look great and improve curb appeal. He took the time to come out with his team to do a full assessment, was very honest about what he can and can't do, and spent a lot of time walking me through multiple options to fit my budget. I haven't officially committed yet since I'm prioritizing the roof and insulation first, but I have high expectations and really hope my budget allows me to work with Brian and his team once that's done. I truly appreciate his transparency, time, and willingness to help during a pretty stressful process. I highly recommend him to at least give you an estimate, and I'm sure he'll be on the top your list to hire for your project.

I reached out to Brian after noticing a leak in my house. He responded in a very timely manner,…read moreand was able to stop by on the same day to help diagnose the issue and provide solutions. When diagnosing the leak, Brian diligently inspected the area where the leak was noticed, as well as the roof, caulking around windows & sliding glass door, and the stucco siding. After Brian visited the house, I had his proposal in hand within a day, and he worked with me to ensure that I was happy with both the work included, as well as the budget. Brian recommended that we patch and fill cracks in the stucco siding, caulk around all windows, and then apply elastomeric paint to seal the house and prevent further leaking. I am very happy with the quality of work that Brian performed on my house, and will definitely reach out to him for any additional work that I need to have completed. He was incredibly prompt and thoughtful with his communication, and paid a lot of attention to detail while completing the job. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience, and would highly recommend Brian and Palter Construction & Restoration.

He walked me through options and we dsicussed various approaches. He said that he would send me quotes. He never responded- I got 'ghosted'. If he didn't want the work or never intended to respond back to me, he should've simply been honest and told me so that I could move on. Several companies wanted a lot of money for this job, but Carlos' charge to cut the tile and replace it later, after the new dishwasher was installed, was very reasonable. Even though Home Depot, with a 3-man team, failed to be able to drag out the old dishwasher (over a tiny 3/8" high piece of tile), Carlos instantly saw how it could be done. He pulled the old dishwasher out of its compartment as if it were a toy, without having to cut any tile at all, and carried it by himself to our back yard for the Home Depot installers to recycle after they finally install my new dishwasher. Very impressive work by Carlos.
