Actually, life was wonderful when we met, but it quickly went down hill. I went to Dr. Song for dizziness and vertigo last summer. After waiting almost 3 weeks to see her, I was a little thrown off when she spent 5 minutes with me by using a flashlight to look at my eyes. She asked me a couple of questions then told me the reason for my dizziness and vertigo was from my sodium intake. What? I was immediately pissed off and upset, and I let Dr. Song know. She didn't ask me anything about what I eat. If she had, she'd know that I rarely eat processed foods, and I actually look at labels of food almost obsessively. She kept saying, "I can't imagine what you're going through". She referred me to get an MRI, "just in case", but told me to lower my sodium. 10 minutes later, I was on my way out of an appointment I had waited 3 weeks for. I wanted an answer to why I was dizzy and had vertigo. I am otherwise healthy, so assumed my symptoms were due to an inner ear issue. I went to the MRI, but didn't expect what was about to come. They told me I would hear from Dr. Song in a week, unless they had found something. Dr. Song called me the next morning. She said, "yah, um, you have a brain tumor". WTF? And again, "I can't imagine what you're going through" with the same sincerity as before. None. I'll never forget that conversation as long as I live. Nobody wants that call, and I won't bore you with the details other than to say that I am recovering from the serious and painful ordeal of brain surgery, but Dr. Song's bedside manner was absolutely awful at the worst time in my life. I would dissuade anyone from seeing her. I had actually written a letter to the medical director of the clinic conveying my experience, but threw it away when I found out about my brain tumor. I had other things to worry about.

Your staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (some do's and don'ts). The surgery site was clean and comfortable. The hammering was louder than expected. I'll call in a week and report my progress. Thanks Don Hurter

My partner went in only for consultation and has dental procedure trauma. I was there for support, if needed. In the packet they include detailed pre/post op instructions, and opioid handouts. If someone is coming in only for a consultation is it truly necessary to receive those immediately upon checking in? It can great unnecessary anxiety and panic. On top of the team being 30 mins late, pop music blasting, and my partners worst fear in a packet on her lap. I had to say something. Front desk is kind, but when asked about the packet, and the wait.. they stared with glossed over eyes and cold tone. To be fair, not their fault... Please be mindful, not every patient is the same. Some have anxiety/trauma and your set-up is not conducive to that. Consider reviewing the check-in docs maybe? I'd just recommend providing those documents during the appointment itself! Thanks for listening!

(It was a painful procedure and Marina does not believe in using topical lidocaine. Studies have shown that the results are just as affective with the use of lidocaine.) It took more then a week to look somewhat normal again from the swelling. In addition, my next BBL appt was canceled twice by Marina, both at the last minute because she was sick. I now go to Skin Logic spa. The use of lidocaine and cold air during the procedure made it painless. My results are even better and I had no facial swelling at all the next day.

I was treated as a "broke" the way they say it now.I waited a long time for my scheduled appointment. The card I gave them while booking the appointment was charged while sitting in the consultation room before it even started. No signature, no receipt. Apparently, they like to bill you before the service, which is bold. When I finally saw the doctor, he seemed hesitant to even see me before my gastric bypass. Even explained how I have had this issue my entire life but seemed to not believe me. Pictures all the way from years ago would even have shown my issue. I told the scheduler when booking the appointment I wanted this submitted to insurance for approval and she even made a copy of my insurance card when I arrived (extreme anxiety with social anxiety for how traumatizing it can be is covered under insurance) Instead, I got handed a $20,000 quote and--wait for it--a complimentary coffee. Because nothing takes the sting out of sticker shock like a free cup of caffeine. Oh, and let's not forget the $30 parking fee after driving four hours for this five-minute appointment. If you're looking for a pricey cup of coffee and an expensive consultation, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

I received a brachioplasty (arm lift), as well as an augmentation/breast lift by Dr. Raj Iyengar. What I did not expect, was to feel so natural and youthful, again, It has tightened my upper chest, decreasing my loose skin and wrinkles, improving my overall appearance. I opted to go with the silicone implants after Dr. Iyengar suggested I consider a "smaller low profile implant" over a fat transfer for added volume. His suggestion was the right choice for me, and gave me the results I had described to Dr. Iyengar during my consultation. They are softer than the old saline implants and give just a little extra fullness. This was my second augmentation in 30 years, my only wish would be that the first augmentation looked half as good as Dr. Iyengar's work. Dr. Raj Iyengar is very personable, gentle surgeon with a great bedside manner! To have a Yale University trained plastic surgeon care for me proved to be one of my best choices yet.

Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care.
