I can realise that on first glance, this looks more than a little sad on my part. BUT, this really is the closest supermarket to me. All the more so, because I am one of the last few over eighteen year olds who does not have a car. Hence, it's either a three minute bus journey or a seven minute walk (roughly) for me to my nearest supermarket. Given my only other choice is the tiny Coop on Battlefield Road, it's not surprising that I LOVE this Sainsburys. Admittedly, it's not the cheapest and some products in particular seem to be overpriced (bog roll for Pete's sake!). Though, it does have a good range of products and some rather appealing deals on. It your desired items are not in any of the deals you can usually find the no frills version of it for a fairly reasonable price e.g. a litre of orange juice for 50p. Not quite sunshine in a bottle but thirst quenching all the same. Additionally, even when I've been in at peak dinner buying times (4pm-7pm) I've still been able to easily navigate my way through the supermarket and round other shoppers. Furthermore, you don't need to worry about massive queues due to their new self-service areas. While, they may seem a little scary the first few times they really are worth facing the fear. No queues, no need for human interaction and you'll still head home with some tasty dinner that doesn't require much effort. Perfect after a hard day's work.

The only thing that I'm beginning to find slightly off putting is the frequency with which we pop in for a weekend frozen pizza and a bottle of Black Heart rum Both of which are often too tempting to pass by with the frozen pizza a little pricey at £1.99 but really delicious and on the table within half an hour! Meanwhile, a tasty bottle of Black Heart is a mere £13.99. This shop is not only good for frozen and/or instant food but also stocks most simple ingredients for pasta bakes and the like e.g. cheese, onions, peperoni (three for £1.50) and jars of bolognese sauce. Full marks, top score and five stars all round.

I find the security staff intimidating and rude I think one guy there has mummy issues and should really have counselling and not be taking his anger out on customers who do no wrong. The self service section is a joke as half of them have not been switched on and the one l used made me feel as if l just won the jackpot on a fruit machine in a pub, how can a shop justify paying a customer 62p change in 2p pieces. Ice cream that has been defrosted is being re frozen and sold again when l reported the issue to the duty manager he did nothing. Tesco sort yourselves out!

Generally these days, if I'm in the City Centre and my shopping list consists of much more than eggs, milk and bread, this is where I go. Their range is just that bit wider than that of their nearest neighbours and that makes all the difference. I don't want to have to visit four city centre supermarkets to find cornflower, for example, so I just start here. The other advantage of a slightly larger store is that they have more price point options than your average convenience store. It still won't be the cheapest possible shop, but for at least some items they'll have the "budget", the "regular" and the "luxury" options to choose from. They also have space to run just a few more promotions and, as they insist upon reminding us, every little helps.

The stock and produce is always of a…read morehigh quality and the costumer service is satisfactory, the staff at Tesco are occasionally nice and pleasant and always helpful, although the staff are satisfactory and the products are of high quality I was emotionally knocked from the events that took place later in the day I was even more distressed when I found out about the ridiculous attempt to improve club card sales by the increase in price of the infamous Tesco meal deal from £3 to £3.50 if you don't have a club card, although I have a club card many of my peer found their self 50p short and unable to purchase lunch. Although mostly you will found the things you need if you go in on a Wednesday and Thursday you will usually find a shortage on meal deal items and chilled beverages. On a plus I have also experienced some out of date produce in the sandwiches marked as in date they are also in some state prior to opening the packaging.

There have been some bad Morrison store's that l have been to, this must be on one of the best ones…read morethat l have been to, clean, tidy, organised and not a fishy odour like some of them. Apart from your usual grocery's there is some electrical goods sold here and cd's. The drinks isle is well stocked with a good selection to choose from, with a café in store you can always grab something to eat here at lunch time or on the way home from shopping.

It's quite a decent sized store and the fruit and veg section are now really good with an excellent choice and also some more unusual items are available. The staff have always been nice when I have approached them and the store is bright and clean. It's within walking distance of my house so I frequent here most weeks for the weekly shop.
